Literally every time we order from here, the order is inaccurate. And I don’t mean the occasional mess up. I truly do mean every time. We go here bc it is relatively inexpensive and very close to our house. But we finally had to call it quits just bc the orders are always so wrong. If you customize your order in any way, I can almost guarantee it will come out incorrectly. Add cheese, not gonna happen. No onions, good luck. Pay for anything extra, you’re not getting it. We started checking our orders to make sure all the items were in the bag bc we had been shorted items so many times. But even if you get the correct item, it will be missing any customizations whatsoever. So you basically have to pull forward after you receive your order and individually check each item to make sure it’s right. And it won’t be. pancakes come with no side of syrup. McGriddles will come out as a biscuit. Double quarter pounder will come out as a single. And then you get home and open up your food and it’s just not worth the drive back to have it corrected. Also, for 9/10 orders you get here, they’ll have you pull forward and park in a space to wait. Even if you just order fries and there aren’t any other customers in sight, expect to pull forward and wait for it. I’ve only gotten food here once or twice when I didn’t have to pull forward and wait for it. Sometimes the food will literally be ready, and they’ll have you pull forward and you can barely even park your car before someone is there with your food. Then you have to back up blindly into flow of cars to get out of there. Whereas if they let you stay at the window 5 seconds longer, you’d have your food and be on your way. I worked fast food for years and I understand it’s a tough, fast-paced, thankless job. But this particular location is the least efficient and least competent of any I’ve ever been to. Drive down the road to the other location at 505 Bay Area. They do a...
Read moreThis McDonald’s located on 2727 Bay Area blvd provided terrible service to a paying customer. I use the mobile app that was created. I paid for my food and the app tells you to head to the store and provide the code. First off the line was wrapped around the corner. I understand that service is limited due to the workers. I wait politely in the line almost 20 to 25 min. Once I get to the speaker, a lady says to pull up to the window and that someone will help you. All the cars pull up. The first window no car stopped at and everyone proceeded to go to the window that was open. Once I wait again at the only available window open, your representative says he can’t help me and that I need to go back around and wait at a window which no one was at. I told your rep that no one is at the window and that this is the only one which all cars have been stopped at and helped at. The people you hired at this facility could care less. This is not how you treat a paying customer. Customer service goes both ways. I was polite nor rude. I waited more than my share of time. I paid for my food that was ordered just for your representative to tell me he can’t help me. It’s very frustrating and not worth the hassle. How do you expect to stay in business if your workers don’t want to help the very people that keep your establishment in business. McDonald started off wanting to help its customers. This McDonald’s is not it. I...
Read moreUnbelievable.
You’re better off driving to a different location even if it means a longer drive.
Its a typical Tuesday night and I place my order through the drive-thru.
3x 10 pcs nugget MEALS. Medium fries & drinks included
I understand people forget items, We all do.
I got home and realize I was missing THREE M- Fries. I didn’t double check while in the drive-thru, I drive back in a different vehicle and politely ask the manager to fulfill the rest of my missing order.
The female employee interjects and SWEARS she gave it to me in a different bag and calls me a liar.
Unbelievable. Why would I waste gas to come back and try to hustle some fries? Absolutely not. No one has time for that.
I wasn’t upset at the fact they initially FORGET the fries, but the fact they fought and argued against me. I look at her so astounded, “Absolutely not. I was given 1 bag, and my drinks — “Check the camera.”
Immediately she was silent. Such poor accountability for one’s actions and poor customer service; that it has to reach that escalation for the footage the employee finally stops segueing with me, and the manager didn’t apologize for supporting that aggressive employee.
TLDR; Customers are never right here. Poor customer service Go to Whataburger or a different location but here. You’ll save your energy, time, money, & experience.
Sincerely, just a...
