If there were a negative rating scale this location would receive a minimum - 1000 rating for lack of professionalism, customer service, ability to communicate, poor quality, unsatisfactory service and down right ineptness of the "Manager on Duty". Let me preface this situation with the fact that I waited in line for 8 yes 8 minutes before she started to take my order. I came in with a coupon from a survey I completed from another location and requested two Egg White Delights in which this manager with no name (she refused to give me her name) told me "No...I am giving you Egg McMuffins". I advised her that I had gotten them before at this location with a previous survey and she ignored what I said. I told her that would be ok but that it was stupid that I had to wait 8 minutes to have her take my order and she went bullestic saying "You calling me stupid? You calling me stupid?" in broken english. I realize her primary language is not english and is ok with me. However, in order to communicate with clients in this industry you need to have basic language skills and comprehension of English to understand simple requests as I made. She refused at that moment to refund me the money she charges on my credit card saying "I no need to give you money back....Goodbye". She then threw the coupon I had given her on the counter and smirked as she walked off. I in turn reported her to McDonalds Corporation, filed a report and will be receiving a call from the franchise owner about this unprofessional experience and my rightful refund due for services and products not provided after payment.

Read moreThis location is SEVERELY racist. They mistreat the homeless people that come in and treat them poorly as opposed to the "regular" customers. I am African American and I frequent this location often due to location by my house and it's quick, I put in application after application, denial after denial, yet as of writing this review there are now 8 new employees getting interviewed and hired, coincidentally they are all hispanic and ICE has also taken A LOT of their workers or after the investigation they quit. Read moreI am a retired disabled American Veteran which gas eaten at McDonald's since I was a teenager and I am 65 now. I pulled into the waiting car line at 10:51 PM and waited for my turn to place an order. The line was moving frightfully slow and after the car in front of me placed their order, I pulled up and started to place mine. As I was doing so, the lights went out. I sat there confused. It says here they are open until 1:00 AM. Five cars were in line behind me. After waiting, I realized that they decided to close with customers who gas been waiting in line for quite some time. When I pulled up and explained I had been in line for a long time, they laughed at me like it was a real good joke. I know when these kids see an older white gentleman it is fashionable these days to treat us as horrible human beings who don't belong...but what about the customers behind me waiting in line. I will write to the Veterans newspaper, inform anyone online that your food is not worth the horrible treatment of disabled veterans, seniors, and white men.
