I have been on the look out for this restaurant ever since I saw the render of the restaurant interior on a friend's Facebook. Fast forward 6 months later, they 're finally open! So, how does the soup taste? Let me tell you, after the first sip from the spoon, it put a SMILE ON MY FACE. OMG, how is this even possible!?! The broth is so clean, natural, sweet with the fragance from pork bones, and vegetables. The broth is well made with the highest quality of ingredients. I did not notice any artificial flavors added on. It's the highest level of Vietnamese Migo noodle soup that you can get. This is where I can tell the chef know exactly what he's doing. He's not overly done, not overly trying to be fusion but stick to the purest form of cooking and natural ingredients. We came in with party of 4 so we tried Migo dry, Migo Soup, Hutieu dry and Soup. All are great! The noodles are well seasoned so when I eat it with the pork and soup, it's just a wonderful combination of flavor that bring me back to how I used to eat noodles in Vietnam. Asides, we also order the bone marrow and it's the best thing ever! This is the best part that have been slow cooked for hours. If they have option just order noodles and pork bones, I'll order it everytime :) and skip the pork slices. The restaurant overall is very clean, modern with traditional twist of Vietnam. I felt like I am in my home town in Vietnam. The staff is very professional and attentive during our dinner service. They check on you to make sure the food is good and fill up the water. This is something that mom and pop shop does not have. Overall, the restaurant owners really paid attention to details and build a restaurant that presents their personality very well. From look, smell, taste and overall experience is top notch 10/10. This is will be my top restaurant to visit for many years to come!

I think the restaurant should figure out why it takes 47 minutes to fill up the restaurant with customers waiting outside when they open at 5 on a weekday, why people are waiting 20 minutes + outside under extreme heat to order food when the restaurant is empty. It doesn't make sense that the inside waiting area is empty, but there are people being blocked outside. They have a person designated to keep customers outside, the person stands inside by the door, doesn't hand people menu or explain anything. Just there to tell you to wait outside. I am not sure if this is bad management or they want to create an illusion of people waiting. Food was alright. Dry egg noodle tasted similar to instant ramen packet seasoning with white pepper, the chicken itself didn't have much flavor, a bit bland. Chicken hearts - my husband thought it was ok and better than other dishes we ordered. Chicken Steam Rice - Same chicken as the noodle dish. The rice had good flavors but a bit too sticky/wet for my taste. Chicken feet - Although it was cooked, extremely hard to chew/bite. Wonton soup - Your average wonton soup. Portion is small, and price ($50 for two) is a bit high, but I am always happy to see Asian food taking a different direction, and work on presentation versus big portion and cheap prices. Service was not bad, we had 2 people checked on us and asked us how is the food. Overall, it is not worth it and I get better chicken pho and chicken rice elsewhere with no wait.

Although I've ordered food from there before, today was my first time dining in, and it was absolutely delightful. The restaurant's decor instantly reminded me of an old-fashioned place with dim lighting, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Despite its small size with an occupancy of only 39, the ambiance is really lovely. Of course, this means that you may have to wait a little for a table, but I can assure you that it's worth it. I decided to try their famous dish, the Mi Go (dry) with a side of soup, and I was blown away by the delicious flavors and generous portions. The sliced pork was cooked to perfection, making each bite a true delight for the taste buds. To top off my meal, I couldn't resist trying their egg coffee and salt coffee, and they did not disappoint either. The unique flavors and perfect balance of sweetness and richness left me feeling truly satisfied. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Migo and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal experience with delicious noodle and a cozy atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more of their offerings.

I came last night and the food was good. love the atmosphere and the feeling of sitting in a cozy byroad in Vietnam eating Hu Tiu Go one of my favorite dishes from my beloved country. However, it was such a bummer when all the enjoyment and excitement got ruined by how rude one of the servers was. I came with my friends and as Vietnamese we love Cholimex hot sauce (a local brand) and we saw it was on top of the bar next to their open kitchen so we thought it was complimentary just like the soy sauce jars, etc and our table didn’t have it so we didn’t want to bother the servers and just helped ourselves out by grabbing it. Then a waitress came, gave us a black look, and grabbed the bottle of hot sauce angrily. I was like seriously? That hot sauce is cheap and it is sold in every Asian market so do we really deserve her ugly attitude? I hope you see my review the grumpy, ungrateful waitress aka cashier because “Chim khôn kêu tiếng rảnh rang, người khôn nói tiếng dịu dàng dễ nghe”, and I didn’t think you were “khôn” enough to know that you were at work, and you could totally act more elegantly to not just ruin the reputation of the restaurant but also yourself as a human being. Be grateful instead of...
