I typically don't do reviews but felt his one was needed . First I want to say the staff and doctor were very friendly and I felt cared for. My concern was that when I had bloodwork that was concerning the Dr. never called to alarm me that I needed to go to the hospital. If I did not have the wear with all to go to the ER , I would have been in a coma according to the ER. After 4 blood transfusions, I then had to do a emergency procedure. That went fine but when I had to go to get my other surgery to fertility preservation, my concerns for the type of procedure were overlooked, I even asked her about the meds I was on which had major side effects... she stated " well all meds have side effects" . Thank God I had to mind to stop taking them and decided to just change my diet which helped my situation to the point where I did not need them. After, I tried to set up the other surgery due to fertility purposes...no one ever called me... so I went with another medical facility after awaiting a month for them to call me back.

After I had to obtain paperwork for Hope Clinic . She was she unwilling to help sign or give me my medical paper work knowing the seriousness of my condition. I was told I would have to go through a third party they use. I did that.. still have not recieved my paperwork in which all they had to do is print them for me. Thank God I was had most if it and were able to obtain the records for the ER! In closing I say this, please be your OWN HEALTH ADVOCATE! Sadly we live in a time where they see you as money sign and not a patient. The only reason why I did least this Dr. name is because she was kind in the beginning and was not quick to cut on me at first which I am grateful. Lesson: Do what is in your best interest and keep finding a doctor that will address your concerns fully and keep asking until you...

I loved it before because I have been going here since I was a teenager. And my last year’s annual check up was an excellent experience. The doctor was so nice and was smiling and kind the whole time. But today’s experience is terrible. I had this appointment with this male doctor, although I’m not sure if he is a doctor or not because he looks so unprofessional. He was nice during my last visit. But today when I asked the nurse to call him and ask him about my annual check up blood test result. He showed up with a bad attitude. He told me that if the front desk said nothing about my blood test result, then the result is normal. And that I should go online and looked into my account and see my lab report by myself. He kept repeating saying this that I should just look at my lab report by myself. I felt terrible at that time so I said ok. I should stand up and speak up to him, but I didn’t because I was scared. Yes I am able to see my lab reports published in my account but how can I know what is wrong with some values too high or too low? Last year the female doctor checked my lab reports and put “normal” or “abnormal” online after the word results, but this time this doctor didn’t put anything after “result”. And how on earth should I know what is going on to my own health when I clicked into those detailed lab reports with all those values and medical terms that I have never learned about??? If I can understand my blood test result, why do I need to pay and see a doctor? A doctor should not behave like this. I am really disappointed. I appreciated how he helped me to gather the documents that I need for my school. But there is no need for him to tell me that I asked too many questions and I should be focusing on my study and school work. I only asked questions because I have concerns about...

Horrible experience!!! Just because you are using government Insurance I.E Medicaid does not mean you should receive sub par treatment. I have attended this dreadful clinic twice and both times I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and I was still seen 35 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time!!! This is ridiculous!! The staff are unprofessional and chat amongst themselves and neglect the awaiting patients. My second encounter with this clinic was for my sons circumcision which means he had to fast for three hours before the procedure and yet my son's circumcision still did not start untill an hour after his scheduled time which was 1:30. My son is 15 days old he doesn't understand why he is not being allowed to eat. As a parent of a new born I am highly upset and displeased with this clinic and service!! What is the point of setting appointment times if they do not abide by them? I will never attend this clinic again ever In my life. Truthfully after my first encounter here I did not want to return but I had to due to the fact that this is the only location where circumcision can be done. I hate the fact that I even gave this clinic one star when in actuality this clinic deserves negative three stars!! When you ask the staff why are the appointment times not abused by they laugh and say they are short staffed. Since friday this has been the response. This is not my problem, they need to hire more staff or even make the current staff more efficient ir competent in order to run such a clinic this size. I am truley disheartened and upset with this location/clinic it needs to be shut...
