NettBar — Restaurant in Houston

Such a great place to go for a chill evening or Saturday afternoon. I love coming here to hang out, especially when the weather is nice as the best thing about the bar is its expansive patio area and outdoor space. There is tons of seating, from picnic tables to swings to stools to booths, and lots of activities like cornhole, jenga, or darts. There are multiple huge televisions where you can watch whatever sport is on - the energy here is fantastic during Astros games. They have a food truck with a lot of options and it comes out fast, hot, and delicious. Their drinks are crafted well and their bartenders are awesome and really know their stuff.

Dogs and children are both welcome here and it's a safe place to be - I see lots of both every time I come and it makes the environment really nice.

The bathrooms are clean and I've never had to wait in line for one. The parking lot is kind of small and when it gets even a little busy it fills up fast, but there is a ton of free street parking around and they have signs up to warn you if you have to move your car before a certain time.

There is a train that passes by semi frequently. Although the noise could get a little annoying to some, they've made it into something fun with their special 'train shots' that you can get anytime it passes. Prejudice Bar! Definitely will not be returning, even though it’s a 2 minute walk from my house. I came to this bar with my 19 year old sister. I told the bouncer that my sister was under 21. He said, “Sorry guys. No one under 21 is allowed in.” I told my sister to wait on the other side of the street while I went inside to get a drink. Got a drink and came back outside to drink it. While I’m outside, a group of college kids shows up. One of the guys in their party states that the girls in their party are under 21. Bouncer says, “It’s cool. This is a really nice neighborhood bar with awesome people and managers!

They used to have a great STEAK NIGHT special every Tuesday that gradually went downhill. Not because of management but the TWO-Man crew that cook the steaks.

At first the steaks were awesome! Then they changed their quality of steak. Then the steak crew overcharged me and they told me they corrected the amount. I later found out that this was not corrected. Since this is NOT Nett bar's staff, I didn't know where to file a complaint.

Nett Bar doesn't offer steak nights anymore last time I was here and probably for the best because the Two-Man steak crew kept making note...
