I had the worst service of the night, waited for drinks that took almost an hour and 30 minutes to get to my table, ordered food never got it, My sister had ordered a tower it was placed on someone else’s table next to us and they drank from it and My waitress went grabbed it took it to our table for us to finish drinking it my waitress went grabbed it took it to our table for us to finish drinking it . at the end of the night I was given my tab from my waitress whose name was Joanna , I went over my items with her 3 times and she said it was correct that my ticket was $76, she gave me my receipt to sign it didn’t show me my amount because it was covered with another paper and when I asked her for my receipt she never brong it to me. I have been calling for the past two days to talk to a manager , I didn’t get a call back like I was told and I called once again and kept getting the phone hung up on me multiple times, I finally get a hold of somebody and they told me there was a tower that was charged to my bill that I never ordered and they can not refund me that tower even though I was charged for it and never received it, BUT I thank the Dm Juan Carlos he has helped me getting this issue resolved! I finally spoke to to manager of the store named victor , he was very helpful and kind. Once I got there he was very understanding of my situation And helping. from his advice I will gladly visit more ojos...
Read moreWent in to ojos today with my service animal I did call prior to arriving they said that’s no problem . I walked in with my wife and we sat for about 10 mins before anyone came up to us . When one of the managers did aproach he didn’t say hello or anything just asked about my dog . He was rather nice about it so we weren’t upset and decided to stay still after he came to speak to us and i let him him know my dog was a service animal and we called prior he assigned us a server she took another 3-5 mins to greet us and then we got passsed offf to two more servers another manger came over very rudely and told us we need to show my dogs documentation now this is no issue but I tried to express to him that we were already frustrated and that him coming up to us being rude and demanding I show him documentation is against the law and quite frankly poor service. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us . Definitely understand, miscommunication and wanting to see documentation for our pup, but the disrespect to my wife and I prior will definitely guarantee us not returning to this location. Read moreWent here with a group a friends as we walked in we got greeted from the hostesses and personnel. Clean restrooms. Ordered a round of shots for 5 people the waitress Sandra or “SANDRITA” as shown on her name tag.. she brought 6 shots...ok cool we will pay for an additional shot that we DIDN’T EVEN ask for. We were there for maybe 10 mins before we decided to head out, we each paid our tab separately each of us leaving 15-20% tip. As I was leaving the waitress made a comment that “She didn’t work for free” Obviously not being satisfied with the tip given. Keep in mind each of our tabs $7.31 to be exact. We provided a tip still meeting the 15-20% range, knowing this comment was going to be made I would of happily tipped someone who was going to be thankful for the tip they got considering that we were only there for about 10 minutes.
