If you appreciate your time dont order take out from here . We are frequent customers from this restaurant but today was honestly the worst experience. We had order over $100 worth of food and half of my order was wrong and has missing food . We did notice some of the mistakes while there which they corrected. Once home we realized 2 of the quesadillas that we ordered had beef instead of chicken. I immediately called to make them aware they said we could back . I agreed to go back only because one of my kids doesn't eat beef . When arriving I spoke to manager Yesenia , after explaining to her everything that was wrong with the order her response was that they were undergoing issues with the sys do to some changes I asked if possible to get a credit for that 1 quesadilla only over the inconvenience. Her response was no . Accurding to her it was sufficient with them remaking the food as she called it it was already a "credit " I dont see how that was a credit as i had paid for my food and it was no my fault they made it wrong . She mention that not al restaurant will remake food even if its a mistake . I dont where she eats because a business should always make it right especially when they known its was their mistake. After a few mins of expressing my dissatisfaction she comes back with another lady named luisa, who had me reexplain everything only to give me the same answer. Not to mention she threatened to not service us in the future . Mind you I was not disrespectful I was simply asking them to right a wrong . Apprently my time and gas money wasted was not important. I simply asked to be credited for 1 quesadilla only. its not like was being unreasonable asking for them to credit my entire order . Despite all the mistakes they made. I went yesterday and apparently it is karaoke on Fridays through Sundays according to the manager and the music is so loud that you can’t hear your own thoughts much less whoever is at your table or the waitress taking your order. I asked if they could please lower the volume and they told me that they couldn’t because of some false excuse that made no sense. I ordered a limonada agua Fresca and that was not fresh lemonade it was definitely from a powdered packet that tasted gross. The chips and salsa… the green salsa was not green it was like army green that you could tell and taste was super old. The red salsa was just blended tomato. I ordered the 3 mini tostadas and opted for one of chicken, one of the bistek, and trompo to try a variety. The chicken was dryer than the Sahara dessert! The bistek was just ok but only because the chicken was so bad, and the trompo I didn’t even get too I was so disgusted. When my brother said we didn’t like the limonada, the waitress said she had to ask her manager if that was ok and we said just bring us a modelo beer instead since they can’t mess that up! She must of gotten approval because she brought us our bottled beers. Do not waste your money or time here! Instead, go to Palomas Mexican Restaurant. They have really good food, awesome staff, and I have yet to have a bad experience there! I know y’all are wondering why I didn’t just go there. Read moreI did not get the food that they advertise. The food I ordered shows to have beef in it not cheese (Entomatadas Regias). Then they have this “rule that they cannot take the food back” that is being enforced as of coincidentally that day (Literally their words). So they will still charge you for that plate and other food if you are stupid enough to agree to that and order something else. The server told me those menus are new and that people get confused with that plate. I asked her why didn’t she say anything to me while I was ordering? Manager DULCE is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL as well as other management and some regular employees. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. She walked off rolling her eyes while I was talking to her. Had the audacity to say “Well the owners will say the same thing as me”. I told her I doubt that they will agree with false advertisement and not try to make a customer happy. She said I should have read the details. Then came back to the register to tell me that they will never serve me again and that I was no longer welcome. I was almost speechless at that point. I told her I hope the owner sees this and reaches out to me. I want them to see the cameras and see that I almost left without paying at all but was nice enough to walk back in to pay what I did eat.
