Tacos Del Julio — Restaurant in Houston

We never had issues before. Took my family to eat and there was only 1 other table. Waitress went for our order but did't write it down. (Ok no worries, only 3 of us). We ordered the Siberian taco for my daughter but told her not to put jalapeños on the plate since it was for my daughter. She recieved it with jalapeños and and the jalapeño juice got all over the taco and the tortilla wasn't properly cooked neither. My wife ordered cheese enchiladas( with cut onions). She recieved it and it was completely cold and with no onions. I ordered the Ta-Combo with campechanas (mixed bistec and trompo meat) recieved it with just trompo meat and it was burnt. Got takeout here for the first time tonight. We got ripped off after we ordered sides of rice and beans and were charged $3.50 for it but they did not give it to us. They gave us a bag tied up in a knot and when we tore the bag open at home part of our order is missing. We also ordered enchiladas Verdes and enchiladas Julio w cheese. Very unfriendly staff. If you cannot speak Spanish do not come here. The person who just punched my order wasn’t even sure if I asked for chicken in my burrito as I do not eat meat.
