TL;DR: Maybe one of my new favorite boba shops in Bellaire.

Partea's is an unassuming boba shop tucked away into a back corner of Dun Huang Plaza. I walked over after parking nearby.

Inside, it's actually quite modern. There are photo booths (for a fee) and some tables.

Only one person was working when I was there. I ordered a white peach oolong tea with 30% sugar, less ice, with boba. If I didn't know any better, I would swear that they are using a syrup or flavored sweetener. This was one of the most intense peach flavored oolong teas I've ever had. I let my friends taste and they all agreed.

I sampled their Vietnamese coffee as well, which is quite a generous serving for the price, and very roasty.

I will definitely be back and I hope they get more business...

Came all the way from dfw area, the tea were made to order. Great atmosphere, loved the taro milk tea because it had real taro in the tea but I wished they wouldn't use the fake purple taro powder so the milk tea can be purple color and just stick to the real taro bits. Great place to hang out or study! The drink quality is excellent with well-defined flavors other than just sugar or milk. Sweetness and ice were not adjusted and very on point. The drink was a little expensive but in this world, it is about on par with the main chains like Moge, sharetea, Happy Lemon, etc. The aesthetic of the space is wonderfully bright and clean.
