Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

Pizza was ordered online for a scheduled delivery, came hot and on time, total of 10 pizzas. We received an extra of 1 kind and were missing another, called immediately was left on hold for 15 minutes the first time, 14 minutes the second time, then on hold and transferred again this time for only 5 minutes. I would have let it go, except there was a price difference for the pizza I ordered vs. the one I received. Finally they agreed to send a replacement pizza for the one I was missing only after the gentleman I spoke with on the phone accused me of having received it. He insisted he cut and boxed the pizzas himself and they were all correct to which I was completely offended and offered he come and look for himself since they were all still sitting there untouched. HORRIBLE customer service response time and HORRIBLE...

Very deem inside of building. Drive Thru open but not operable. I placed order online. Once I arrived I waited in lobby 15 minutes while employee spent the entire 15 minutes on phone with another person regarding delivery. This male employee was the only one visible. He had one customer in lobby waiting for her order. I was the only customer at counter waiting to be acknowledged. I stood there 15 minutes and never a nod of the head or something. He never looked up he continued to go from back of store to front register holding phone. He never stated I will be with you, or as if I was visible . I eventually walked out. This establishment is not proffrsional and is ungrateful for its blessings which is their Customers! Sending bad vibrations Shame on...

We recently took advantage of the $12 large pizza deal. The deal said you could get any crust and any pizza with any ingredients for just the $12. We really expected that the pizza would have just the bare minimum of ingredients but instead it was absolutely loaded with toppings. This was a truly indulgent super supreme with a pan crust.

My roommate and I have a pretty tight budget but we do try to get pizza from this place when we order one or pick one up. They honor online discounts such is the ones on Uber Eats, other online ordering apps, and as advertised.

This location offers consistently well prepared pizza along with their other items. Their mini cinnabons can become addictive. I'm ending the review now to prevent drooling on...
