Called 20 Minutes in advance to place my order I asked the person who answered the phone to please grill me up a fresh chicken. She said it would take 10 minutes ok no problem I arrive and ask them what is it a fresh chicken and they said yes. When I got home the chicken was semi-cold the onion was undercooked.. It was leftover chicken that they had for the day. I also ordered other items sausage plate it was very warm hotter and fresher than the chicken.. I’ve had this happen more than once that’s why I called ahead and ask for a fresh chicken some people do not wanna eat leftover reheated chicken.. When I called up there and spoke to the lady she said that it was a fresh chicken they lied about it and said no problem just come back up and pick up a fresh one nobody has time to go back and pick up food it should be done right the first time.. your customers are the ones who keep you in business.. I asked him Miguel are you guys playing around with people up there or what I pacifically called I am requesting a fresh chicken they asked me how come I didn’t check it when I picked it up. Why do business with somebody if I have to check my food before I leave you guys should be professionals and handle your business... This place is a hit or miss.. Because of that I will not be doing business with you guys ever again I’ll be glad to give my $40 to somebody else Who gets it right the first time. Buyers beware leftover halfway warmed up chicken is being served God only knows it could be Yesterdays chicken.. If I could give you zero...

This place is horrible!!! I am an MD Anderson patient and came here with my parents and my daughter. We ordered ordered two whole chicken meals and had to substitute charro beans for rice because they completely ran out. We sat down to eat and the chicken was super dry with no flavor! I only chose to eat here because I’m familiar with the food chain’s reputation in Austin Texas. I was so disappointed!!! I will never come here again! They own another building next door that sells ice cream, snow cones, fruit, and other things like elote. My daughter wanted a chocolate shake. The lady working there asked me reg.or large.size. I told her regular. My daughter was given a large and as she was drinking it I noticed how thin this so called shake was. My mother asked the lady why it was so thin. Her answer was that I didn’t ask for ice cream to be added. That it was extra. My daughter’s shake had no ice cream!!!! It was just milk and Hershey’s chocolate syrup!!! I have never heard of a shake with no ice cream. Needless to say my daughter only took a few sips then we left. So angry about this entire dinner!!! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else to eat this is not the place to go. Does not live up to its other...

Food was hot! I ordered with UberEats. That is not an easy feat which means kitchen was in order and timing is incredible. Care was put into customer enjoying food. Very thoughtfully packaged. Beans were saran wrapped to keep hot and from spilling. Everything was as ordered. For what I ordered I thought value was great. I got enough tortillas, meat, etc to make a decent amount of tacos. I gave 3 stars due to lack of wow factor on flavors. It was all good but the rice had zero flavor, beans were middle of the road, steak was good just could have more...seasoning but it was my first dish. I think the chicken is the real star at this chain so I'll try it next time. I really liked the green sauce and it kicked up the flavor, very spicy, and added some of the the ethnic flair for sure. The limes were also a lovely touch. Overall, well done and I'd try more dishes in the future if attention to detail and quality...
