I walked up to this restaurant on a Sunday morning at 11:15 AM, we were greeted by the owners who were outside setting up Virgen de Guadalupe Christmas decor, making the Mexican Authenticity of this restaurant evident before we even stepped inside. This ain’t no TexMex y’all. Upon walking inside, the restaurant was impeccably clean, elegantly decorated, and aesthetically pleasing. A smile asked us to sit anywhere we wished, and another smile quickly served us chips and warm salsa. Once again inside , the owner checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. By noon, we were happily eating what was the most delicious and exquisite Menudo. A pure taste of all the traditional flavors that are sometimes missing from other versions of this dish. The garnishes served on the side of the traditional soup only added to the aromatic and prominent flavors. Other orders, from their special Cuban menu, included white rice, black beans, TOSTONES and empanadas de ROPA VIEJA. All the food was 10/10 I appreciated that we didn’t need dessert because we were treated by a sweet display of musical culture as we were walking out. It turns out the day we visited for the first time was also a day they were celebrating The Virgin Mary by having a Matachín Performance followed by a Mariachi Serenade to Our Lady that lasted one hour. During the show were gifted Champurrado and Buñuelos to stay warm! I thought I’d see a camera crew or some kind of media recording the event, but no. The owner seemed to be doing it strictly for his devotion and traditional customs. You can tell that is why the restaurant is so good. Mucho éxito! Voy a traer a mi mamá!

Old fajita meat not sure how many times this rice was reheated in the microwave but wow the orange parts were the hardest parts in the rice. I know for a fact the sausage nor the shrimp was cooked on a grill nor on a stove! The sausage was pale already so disappointing! Now on the shrimp it was cooked properly yesterday and reheated on the skillet so skin on the shrimp was stuck in the worst way. The taco meat was super hard and tasteless. This place is so pretty. Nice tvs bar and seating area but I did come in for the decor I came to eat with my family and I'm more than sure what ever is left over on food beans ect, they reheat! This is definitely a place I wouldn't revisit. Super high prices! We came in on a Tues around 1pm. Now I will say the waitresses were sweet and super great at their jobs so the $30 on tip was not an issue.

Came here because it was close to our hotel it was a good decision the restaurant was very nice and they had a live band but it wasn’t crowded at all. The chips and salsa were extremely fresh, I had the shrimp enchiladas I was a little disappointed you could tell that the shrimp were not fresh and they were super tiny but it overall had a great flavor so I wasn’t super disappointed. Our server was very kind and everyone was nice. If you’re looking for some good Mexican food this is the place but I just wouldn’t do the shrimp, someone in my party had the tacos and he said they were good.

Only gave one star because 0 stars is not any option. I went last weekend for a party and the service was terrible. My cousin never got her food, one friend waited over 2 hours for hers and I had to send my plate back because it wasn't what I ordered and had to wait over an hour for them to redo it. I get that we we were a large group but they should've been prepared since a reservation was made weeks before. The food was not good either, it had no flavor or was too salty depending on the meat.

The waitresses were not very attentive and we had to ask multiple times for items, even menus. When it came time for the check they over charged us, the house margaritas are 7 but we were all charged 9.50 for top shelf. Oh and one of the girls had ordered ice tea, they charged her for every refill! Definitely not worth it, I'll...
