BUYER BEWARE!!! OJO!!! They will tell you anything just to make the sale. Lorena sold me a bra stating that the fit was right and it’s how it should fit. She adjusted it but was pushy and I bought it. I try to support Hispanic businesses when I can and feel its warranted. However, I can no longer support this business. I never felt that the bra fit well after buying an outfit for it and could wear my outfit. The fit was horrible. I know they don’t accept returns but I tried to see if they’d exchange it but she stated that the bra was discolored from the inside … after wearing it from the store home and storing it away until I found an outfit for it months later. If their product is of quality why would it had “discolored “ after a few hrs of use? I still think it’s not discolored but rather different fabric or material that is 100% different from the outside. Nonetheless Lorena (Tidwell location) stated she would talk to her manager about it and call me back the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and no call. I had to call and find out if she’d heard from the manager. Business owners need to teach/train them customer service skills that when they state they’d call you they do so and not make it business practice to lie and push products to customers to make the sale. Because of this, I will no longer support this Hispanic owned business due the lack of moral. This is not the only Hispanic business that conducts business like this, precisely why I limit my support to them. Lack of accountability and owners not standing by their products. *@OWNER- thanks for the response however, I feel that a reasonable effort to work with the customer should have been offered by management as they did not even see the garment (bra) just the salesperson. I asked to see they can offer alterations from a size 38 to a 36, but was stated NO can’t offer that. I suppose if the bra had a bodily fluid such as “blood” something could be done as in the case with another client review on this portal. Again, no sense of working with the customer whatsoever, after all I have spent approximately $400 at 2 Forma Tu Cuerpo stores and it’s not...
Read moreHow are you a business that is supposed to provide services to the public( which includes all people i.e. Races) and you dont have a person or employees that can speak ENGLISH!! this is Ridiculous.. Your shop has my garment and it was supposed to be ready the same day and the lady who supposedly does the alterations CAN'T speak English so the young girl that was there had to interpret.. but no one call me about my garment the day that it was supposed to be ready, so I called the next day and I assume the same lady was answer "Hello" but could not tell me if my garment was ready etc. all she kept saying "Is No English" If I would have known that you don't have anyone there at all times to speak English I would have taking my business elsewhere.. So now I don't know if my Garment is ready and if I go ALL the way over there and the garment is ready but not to size or done correctly! then I'll be trying to explain to a break wall that can't respond to what I'm saying. This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE . .. Maybe you should state that your service is for Hispanics/Spanish people ONLY!!. So if your Black American, White, or anyone that doesn't speak Spanish, I don't advise you to get any services from here because they can't help you find the right faja to fit you or communicate if needing...
Read morePlease be aware the communication here is horrible. They sent my faja to be altered and they claimed it was blood on it which had been worn 3 hrs and cleaned to be altered bc it was too big. It was inspected by the store before they would take it to be altered. They did not let me know of the issue. Before I came to pick it up I was informed it would be ready until the end of the week. They've been having my garment for almost 2 weeks. Please go else where if you deeply need your garment altered.
UPDATE The manager of the store rectified the situation and my faja was altered beautifully. I was not expecting any of that. Best alteration that I received on a faja in...
