Las mujeres que trabajan aqui todas tienen una actitud horrible!! Aqui me queda serca pero mejor vayan a manejar ala de Aldine west field! El oan delisioso pero si no les gusta trabajar alas mujeres ahi mejor que buesquen donde mas trabajar!! Y su sistema de tarjetas o ebt siempre no funciona!

The bread is sooo delicious! But yhe women that work there have horrible customer service!!! Rude and careless just make the drive to the one on aldine Westfield because these ladies seem to have a stick you know...also the lines are always super long because people who try and pay with ebt or credit card its always down!! This one lady came in and asked do you accept ebt mind you lines are long! The lady didnt even look at her and the lady once more said excuse me do you accept ebt...she says "pues si" so lady starts getting her bread im in this long line she gets on the other side my line isn't moving so i move to hers shes next and when its time to pay the lady says 16.40 and she pulls her ebt and the lady says "no pues ahorita no sirve"( well no right now its not working) pulls bags to the back of her and takes the next guy...the lady is like i just asked her and she said yes they accept it she didnt mention nothing about not working! The lady is like well thats why that line wont move because its not running...tells the man his Total and the lady is like ok here is my money hands her a 20 and she like now you have to wait i have another person!! Im like lady why are yall rude i asked that one lady if she had donuts with chocolate frosting and she didnt even look at me and i tapped her and shes like if you dont see them then we aint got em!! Why yall all rude!! She laughed and i shrugged smh!!...

I went in to buy some tamales and tell me why went I got home and started to eat …. There was a glove inside the tamale ! I went back wit the glove and I asked to speak to the manager and they didn’t want to help or nothing ! They told me that the only way they would help was if I return the tamales to get my moneys worth back but I told them that we open every single tamale to check if any other one had a glove or anything else and we threw them away …. I was not about to go dig the trash just to return them ! I even offered to bring the trash can to them and they can dig them out and they said no ! I still have yet to get my money back ! Horrible service ! Horrible food ! Horrible assistance ! Horrible situation ! Prior to this incident…. Months back I had the same situation happen wit the glove but I didn’t go complain or nothing bcs I was like “what are the chances” but I threw them away and stopped going for a few months …. I went back forgetting the previous incident only for the same situation to happend again . If anything ever happends just know that you’ll never get any help and u won’t get ur money back ! This location should have better employees or it should over all be closed due to leaving gloves...

I've been coming to the panaderia 🍞 🥪 🥖 🥐 🍞 🥪 for several years.

The bakery 😍 products are fresh mist times. I suggest getting the bread from racks as they are the most fresh. They don't have room in the pantry to place all the bread. The bread sells so fast, they keep the overstock on the racks.

The cakes 🎂 large amd small are excellent. Thres leches, coffee, vanilla are great choices.

I like the little small cakes in the refrigerator. These makes great gifts 🎁 year round.

My favorite is the biscuit. This is a plain Mexican biscuit that's not sweetened with sugar. If you catch this BISCUIT fresh out of the oven, this is by far one of there best 👌 👍 of them all.

They also have a small bollio with cream cheese and jalapeño. Great snack.

They have a mini ice cream and frozen slush area with fruits. The slashes aren't that great....
