The week before, I get a 3 piece combo. A chicken breast that barely fit the box. And a wing and a thigh that didn't finish growing evidently. There is no way that those tiny little leg and thigh support the body of that huge chicken breast. Look, chicken people, it's a yard bird. The same as it was 40 years ago. Except back then, you got big pieces of chicken, not chick's. The excuses for charging $3 for a 2 for Tuesday is that it costs more today for yardbird than 40 years ago. A bird is a bird. Recently, I went in on a Tuesday to get what should still cost 99 cents for the special only to be told that they are temporarily discontinuing the special so the can make more money off of us because they weren't open because of hurricane Beryl in Houston. Has to be the stupidest business idea I've ever heard. Just shows all corporate cares about is there profit, not the citizens that went without power for 11 days. You would think that maybe offering the 2 for Tuesdays special for like a week, to help with the fact that, just like their employees couldn't make it to work ,either could it's customers. Proving that MONEY is all they care about. So, needless to say, I won't be having Popeyes chicken anytime soon. All you had to do was sell the special for a week, and make your money on the drinks and side orders. But instead, you lost money. It's usually busy on a Tuesday, but I was the only customer...
Read moreSo this was our FIRST and LAST time we ever buy from this location. We had ordered two combo orders of the 12 piece nuggets ans a classic combo no pickles. They lady at the window had told us to park in the parking lot and they were gonna take our order out. We waiting a LONG time come to find out they had given out order to someone one else and they lady just said “oh I messed up the order” and didn’t even apologize. We literally had to go back to the drive they window and when we were I. The speaker we told the same cashier who took our order that we wanted to check on the order and she had forgotten about our order. When we came to the window the manager came to the window, some short last… and after we repeated our order and gave them the receipt she didn’t even offer us anything or a refund all the manager said was “well we only have one order of nuggets you have to wait 5 mins more for the other order.” Idk if they wanted to leave already or what was going on but that’s no way or taking care of the situation they messsd up with. We waited on the drive they lane even longer they didn’t acknowledged the fact that we were waiting didn’t apologize or nothing. I hope everyone sees this review because we aren’t ever coming back to this location. Very...

There’s always something wrong at this Popeyes, but today was the last straw. I placed my order through the Popeyes app, arrived at the drive-thru, and gave my name. The employee asked me again at the window, then questioned whether I was even at the right location despite the app clearly showing I was. He brought out a printed kitchen receipt and asked what I ordered, even though the app order should’ve been on their system. Then he accused me of giving a different name, which I absolutely did not. I showed my order on the app THREE times, and they still treated me like I was lying. Completely unacceptable.
Eventually, they made my food despite the app saying it was already ready. So much for convenience. Then they gave me the wrong sauces: I asked for blackened ranch and the Last Dab, but got buttermilk ranch and pickled hot ones instead. To top it off, they forgot my mashed potatoes, so I had to park and go inside to get them on my lunch break, when every minute counts.
