Sno Dreamz — Restaurant in Houston

I came here with my sister on 4/13 and 4/14. It was my first time here on the 13th. I personally thought the service was good that day and the sno cones was really good, so good that I wanted to come back the next day. So me and my sister came back the next day and we were greeted with a very nasty attitude. We were rushed through our order and she gave two little napkins, I ask for a lot more because it was a lot of juice dripping everywhere, she gave one more little napkin and say “excuse me, excuse me insuating for me to get out the way, I thought she was talking to somebody else, so I asked again and she said “okay can you please move” and I was so in disbelief because she wasn’t even done with my order. I NEVER EVER leave reviews even if I had a bad experience and clearly I wasn’t going to with me leaving it alone and not writing anything for two days. But this has gotta stop. BayBeeh, the atmosphere was a vibe for my first experience. I'm not sure if I walked past the owner outside, but I gave my super, " Heeeey," upon walk-in and received one back. Walking in was so fresh and so clean clean ya heard, meh. I was number 5 star in line, so I got to see how customers were treated before me, very polite, so I couldn't wait for my turn, ok. So here I go, still looking down at the menu right. The Sno Dreamz girls greet me, and I reply, "Heey BayBeeh, uum umm ok, let me try, umm, brown skin girl say, " This your first time huh?"' The products are just okay and the prices are good, but the service of the cashier on duty at ~3:00PM on 6/8/21 left a lot to be desired. First off, she acts as is someone is forcing her to be there, and she overcharged me, telling me one price, then another shows up on my statement even after factoring in a tip. Yes, I calculated each item and tax, and I know what she said. I ordered food as well as shaved ice, sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting for the food while my ice melted into my palm. I wait in front of the window, standing in full view of her in a puddle of water and syrup, and does she offer napkins? No. She pretends she can't see me. I get to the window and is clearly annoyed that I asked for more napkins.
