We all know what taco bell is so no need to really rate the food, but, I gave this 4 stars because they were out of mild sauce and tried to not tell me. When I placed my order in the drive thru I asked the lady to please be sure to give me a lot of MILD sauce, she said ok no problem. After paying and getting my food she gave me 4 packets of HOT sauce. 4 packets is not a lot for any item, much less Nachos Grande and a burrito supreme. I politely asked her for a handful of MILD sauce and she said, "oh i'm sorry, we are out of MILD sauce right now. What, why didn't she tell me that in the beginning! I understand they still had sauce to offer but I really love the MILD and not the others so much. Thats why they make different sauces, because they taste different! She was polite and it wasn't her fault but I might have gone to a different taco bell had I known. She still only gave me 6 more packets and since it wasn't the sauce I liked I made it work. This is why I hate going through drive thru's when you require alot of sauce with your meal. Trying to get them to give you an ample amount of sauces is like pulling teeth, they always want to be so chintzy with it. The packets only have a very small amount in them so thats why it requires so many. I understand managers want to save money and reduce waste but if I am paying I should get what I ask for, even if you need to charge a small amount for as many sauces as I want. With as many taco bells we have in Houston, they should have called a nearby taco bell and asked them to borrow a box until they get theirs in. Just a suggestion for...
Read moreThis location is so horrible and disrespectful to its customers. I arrived around 9:45pm to pick up a delivery order. Upon arrival there was a young lady in line in front of me on a electric scooter. She had placed a mobile order and they were withholding her food because of the fact “ She wasn’t inside a physical vehicle. “ I sat in line for about 10 minutes watching as they told her there was nothing they could do And walked away from the window leaving her to be clueless as to why she couldn’t receive her already paid order. Hearing this conversation I stepped in after 10 MORE minutes. A male worker told me I should get back in my vehicle and a scooter isn’t a car. So I proceeded to ask what were the standard for bicycles, motorcycles and semi truck drivers being that they would be in her situation as well. They continued to just say well a electric scooter isn’t a vehicle. So DISCRIMINATORY SO RUDE! I told her she could get in my vehicle and I’ll get the order. Once I got to the window a worker looked at her and said “ Great so you just took someone’s car” and shoved her the food. THAT NIGHT STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED . This Entire establishment needs to be shut down. They’re rude! Discriminatory and just not professional. I myself have worked for a Taco Bell in the past And aThis Is Not how you treat people on bicycles,...
