Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

I been coming there for 3 years. It’s always something wrong with how the drink is made. I travel the world as a senior software engineer and been to over 100 Starbucks. I know how my drink is suppose to taste. I got a drink today that taste like hot milk , I can make that at home. So I ask the manager/ Indian women to give me a different drink and I was nice about it. Got my new drink and it taste like hot milk again, as if they were being cheap with the ingredients. I go back to ask for a refund and she proceed to tell me how nobody else complains. Excuse me , what the heck do others have to do with me. She kept saying smart remarks like go to another Starbucks , 1,000 customer and u the only one that complains. People like that should not be working at no company. As I walked out she said maybe another Starbucks would make it better. So I will never come to that Starbucks again. I held my composure because what I really wanted to tell her I didn’t. Good-luck drinking hot milk for 7 bucks at this location. My wife, my mother, and my family will only be going to the galleria location. I will inform my friends that live around the neighborhood to no longer go there also. I live in the community and for her to tell me go to another Starbucks , u will not get anymore business from anyone around me. So whoever the owner is good luck with her. I order 5 of the strawberry acai lemonade and a kid drink. They served it without the strawberry pieces. Usually comes with dry strawberry in the cup.

I stopped at another Starbucks located and I asked for the same item, just to see if they gonna serve it with the strawberry or not, and yes it was with the strawberry pieces.

So you guys are not following the standard. This is stealing what I paid for, you may forget to add it, if yes, then it's okay. If it was an order from a decision maker, so then it's a stealing. Also for the kid drink, hot cocoa, they don't even have the Stix to go, I wanted one to keep it warm and safe while driving, and she gave me a small straw to plug the lid whole, she said that they use this straws instead 😀 .

This starbucks are not following the standard to save money on some items.

If I can pay 5 $ for my drink at any starbucks location and serve it as the standard, so why I come to you and pay same price for a poor quality drink..🤓

Just picked up my ultra caramel Frappuccino with the cold brew whipped cream (has coffee taste). 1 Star why? I drink this almost twice a day everyday and I know what it comes with. I saw the whip so white so I asked the barista. She said it is the brew whipped. I tasted twice not once and it doesn’t taste like coffee whipped but she seemed doesn’t care and kept saying that was the coffee whipped. I was in a hurry so I left, kept trying the whipped but got so disappointed, paid over $6 for the drink and it’s in the trash now. I picked up the same drink here before and didn’t have any problem, won’t come to this location again. I rather drive another 10’ or 15’ to my other 2 favorite place for the same drink. I hope they the baristas should take customer’s comments and fix the problem not letting them leave the store in an upset mood.
