Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

If you want a good experience, amazing customer service, employees who act and work with common sense..... don't come to this location. This is the worst starbucks on the planet. I placed a mobile order at around 5.40am when I was getting ready for work. Got to the location around 6.20 it was raining (I always order early so I don't have to wait,). I get to the door and it's locked which is odd cuz it's 6am, online it says there open so I'm like this is odd.... I knock on the door becuase it's raining and I'm outside trying to go to work n get my coffee real quick. They refused to open the door n pointed to the drive through.... the line here is always long that's why I do mobile if I'm ever cursed with going to this location as I was standing in the rain and couldn't wait any longer i left.(wet & drink less after I paid for one) I called n spoke with a toval/tovel and he was the rudest person I've ever spoke to he said no worries you can come to the location later n get my drink n I said I need it now why would I drive all the way back here to get a drink I want a refund. He then stated he couldn't give out any refunds and I need to call customer service, I asked for the number and he said he didn't have it n he hung up in my face. OKAY, so the holidays are coming, and this is the time I go get a nice warm cup of coffee. However, I do not think I'll be going this year because the Starbucks is close to a dangerous campsite. I feel bad for the employees that have to walk out at night and have homeless ppl all aound them. There are lots of tents up, and ppl here seem to be barricading themselves quite well. Wow, I cannot believe that we even have to report this because this mess is out in the open and there are right under the signs that says no trespassing, loitering, no soliciting, and yet they are still doing just that. Our laws are becoming a joke. They must be doing quite well for themselves cause they have furniture, and are using a San Marcos blanket for a curtain, and these things are expensive! I'm still saving for a sofa, and guess what? They have a sofa now! If I get a chance, Ill take a pic so you guys that do not live close by know that I am not exaggerating. I wish Starbucks and the surrounding businesses the best, but I hope they can survive the lose of customers that will not be coming to...

I ordered my drink on a personal cup. When I came to hand over my cup to make a drink, the staff gave me another ready-made drink in a venti cup. The drink he gave me was superficial and asked me to pour it into my cup by myself. I asked him if he could put another drink back in my cup since I ordered it in a personal cup. Then he poured the ready-made drink straight into the sink, he didn't even hold my cup and did everything in a shaker and poured it into my cup and added some whipped cream is like an ice cube. He made my drink in an unpleasant attitude and used force to do everything. I asked him why he made my drink like that, and he read through what I ordered. Thanks for reading but I know what I ordered. I think his work attitude is really terrible. Did he receive training before working? I had to ask someone else to remake it for me. I often order drinks here but today I met an extremely bad employee and had an extremely bad experience here. If that person doesn't want to work properly, then don't do this job anymore, it will greatly affect the store and...
