Subway — Restaurant in Houston

0000 stars but no option horrible experience from the point of walking in. Both ladies were at the back on their phones didn't even notice me until a few minutes later, lady comes with a nasty attitude she was out of everything vegetables and hams. Really?? It was no one when I went in too busy with their phones. Then I waited around 5 minutes for her to restock ham etc ... Then I had to repeat myself because she seem to have a hearing problem. Then my teenage daughter was behind me and she goes like oh is she ordering too yess !! I mean she was waiting in line..The lady did not speak english so she kept giving my daughter a bad attitude even put Sriracha sauce on her sandwich instead of cucumbers how do you confuse those two??????..…. Then I told her in Spanish 3 times!!! to put cucumbers she ignored me. To top it off I left to my car and she was overcharging my daughter when their sign CLEARLY said $6 foot long for her sandwich..I come back and tell her about the sign and she tries to argue with me and say oh you already using a coupon buy one get one why not pay more. NO lady is called don't false advertise outside on prices honor what the sign says, her attitude was beyond disgusting she wanted to argue with me and my teenager. She said she was not giving back the coupon because it was redeemed and can't used it. I left those nasty sandwiches she made and took back that coupon to another Subway and had no problem at the other location. It was her rude self making things hard for us . PLEASE hire people that speak english!! Rude staff, dirty location, ingredients not fresh. Save yourself the trouble...

They have a worker here name Carley . She is heavy set with curly blonde /brown hair. Her attitude is extremely nasty specially towards African Americans. This is my second timing giving this establishment a try. The first time she greeted me with the most nastiest mug on her face. I couldn’t even order my food. I told her to don’t ever make that face again and she can lose the attitude because I didn’t do anything to her. She rolled her eyes and popped her neck. So for my sanity I walked out the establishment. I assumed she was having a bad day. So today I went in for my lunch break assuming she wasn’t there. Lord beholds she was there so I still proceed to order my food. She smiled at this Hispanic man as he was walking out and told him to have a good day in Spanish. She immediately looked backed at me with a mug and just started me down like she was disgusted what was in front of her . Didn’t say hi or what kind of bread can I start you off with today. Nothing ! At the end of my order she wrapped my sandwich up and shoved me the bag. My whole experience was horrible. I only went in this time to get the info of the worker since she wouldn’t give me anything. I’m never coming back i coding even enjoy my food because it wasn’t made with live. Just attitude and toppings sloppy placed...

This lady at the register and this was the only time she ever moved talked extremely loud from when I walked in the door until I had to scream at her and leave I couldn’t even hear my own boss call me I was waiting for her to shut up she never did she stayed on speakerphone speaking in Spanish talking gossip well she was supposed to be working and had it so loud it was extremely annoying I asked her to turn it down she ignored me I had to finally scream on the top of my lungs to tell her to respect everybody around anybody who got their food walked out me and one other man were trying to eat the vegetables here are disgustingly dry like they’ve been sitting here for 3+ days they don’t want to work and she basically ran me out of the restaurant and everybody else I will never ever be back and I should have checked my food at her face she had zero consideration respect for anybody she acted as if it was...
