First off let me say I have been coming to this location for years. I believe last week was my last visit. I purchased a Vizio television from this location a week ago. The sticker had the wrong information, I'm going to say it was done purposely, my opinion. an associate stopped me as I was turning on my phone flashlight to take a look. Do Not Take The Word Of NO One. Do your due diligence. I should have known when I asked did the tv come with a in store limited warranty and her response was "Yes for 24hrs"
Full Story: Call me naive or whatever lol. So I walked in and immediately go over to the TV's. I noticed a pretty nice looking 55in VIZIO, then I began looking at the model number on the back of it so I would know exactly what I'm buying. An associate immediately walks up and asks if I need any help. I told her idk yet just looking at the TV's. Before I could get the number off the back of the tv the associate told me that I could just get it off of the sticker. I'm thinking like yeah well that's true probably easier than having to look back there right. I took her word and boy was I wrong. The model number on the sticker said "M55-F0" (2nd best Vizio Model below P Series). After I get home I went into the Settings to find the System Info such as specs and details. Come to find out the model number is actually "E55-F1" !!! and it's 1080P !!! NOT even 4K UHD like most televisions come nowadays. Big let down EZ PAWN.

They never inform the manger when a customer wants to complain. Then when you Leave and decide to just call the manger and inform him over the phone the employee Ms Sondra answers and hangs up in your face. This was my experience with this location today on several occasions the employees at this location have showed nothing but disrespect and ugliest towards me as a customer . And I have done a lot of business with this location. Itâs very sad that now and days even a complaint doesnât make the employee treat the customer better. They feel their jobs are guaranteed and that they can treat and Speak to whom ever however and that is very unprofessional.    Read moreThe positive reviews come from when they are actually helping a customer... if the reviews were the whole experience in sure people would admit that the overall experience is not the same as one on one service... I'm giving an extra star for the store bring cleaned and organized nicely.. however customer service here suffers tremendously... Whenever I come in it's ALWAYS a 30 min wait avg for someone to see me so we stand in line long periods sometimes even just waiting for a person to answer a simple question IF you're not trying to be rude getting their attention from other customers. The jewelry agent is distracted playing w babies of the customers rather than stepping in to support the store. I count 5 associates in the store currently but two are tending to the front which wouldn't be a problem IF they at least acknowledged folks sitting here waiting for service. Too much time is invested in focusing on the one person they come across while working. 2 stars...
