Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I JUST CAME FROM THIS SUBWAY. I KNOW THAT IT WAS 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING BUT IT WAS 5 OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING ME. (I HAVE WORKED IN FAST FOOD AND I KNOW THAT WHEN IT GETS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME AND THEN YOU ARE TIRED AND READY TO GO; YOU DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO GET THINGS DONE SO YOU AND YOUR TEAM CAN LEAVE; I UNDERSTAND) BUT I REALLY DONT APPRECIATE BEING RUSH, NO SMILE AND FEELING LIKE I AM GETTING ON THE WORKER NERVES. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. IT WAS TWO LADIES WORKING. ONE WAS MOPPING AND ONE WAS BEHIND THE REGISTER. BECAUSE I WAS THE LAST CUSTOMER AT THAT TIME AND THE LADY BEHIND THE REGISTER HAD AN ATTITUDE AND WAS NOT FRIENDLY. YOU COULD TELL SHE WAS READY TO GO. THE OTHER LADY WAS MOPPING AND I KEPT LOOKING TO SEE IF THEY HAD A WET FLOOR SIGN BECAUSE THE WAY THE LADY WAS MOPPING; I HAD TO WALK ACROSS. I ASKED THE LADY BEHIND THE REGISTER AND SHE SAID NO. THEN WAS TALKING TO THE LADY IN SPANISH ABOUT THE SIGN. THE LADY SAID, IM NOT MOPPING IN THE DOOR ENTRANCE WAY. THEN THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSOMER THAT CAME IN THE DOOR AND WAS LOOKING TO SEE WHAT WAY SHE GET ACROSS TO ORDER FOOD BECAUSE OF HOW THE LADY WAS MOPPING. IT WAS NOT WET AT THE ENTRANCE WAY BUT THE WALK WAY WAS WET. THAT CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT...

I have been coming here for lunch at least twice a month if not more for the past 7 years - I work in the area - yesterday my daughter was with me and we placed our order for sandwiches - as they were being made it took us 4 times to ask before we finally got a cup to purchase a drink for my daughters meal. I have an idea why this was the case but will not discuss this at this time. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but surprisingly the telephone doesn't get answered!!! After yesterday's service, and the way my daughter was treated/glared at, I will never go back to this Subway again. I usually go to the Subway on Veteran's but thought I would go to this one because it was the same distance as the other one but unfortunately the service is not the same. After arriving I was not acknowledged when walking through the door and after deciding what I wanted, I was not asked if I was ready to order, I had to assume the employee was ready for me to order, since I was never acknowledged. Both employees acted as if they did not want to help from start until finished, which made it somewhat of an uncomfortable visit for me. This is a shame because I really enjoyed the sandwich. I will most likely not be returning...
