Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered two sandwiches online 04/27/23, and after 20 minutes when I received the notification that it is ready, I entered the shop, at first they told me that we don't have any online orders and they tried to ignore me. After my insistence, they said that because the chicken needed for one of the sandwiches was not available, that's why they canceled the order. I showed them that it was not canceled in the app it shows that the sandwich is ready, they told me very rudely that we have done whatever our role is. I asked why you didn't call me to ask me to change my order, and they said with an arrogance that we don't do that. After that, I asked for a refund of my money, and they said the supervisor will do it later. Then they asked to wait for the supervisor. Unfortunately, she came with an ego and sadness while holding a half-eaten sandwich in her hand and talking to me with a full mouth and very angry, and voided my order without any apology or explanation. This was the worst experience not only in the subway, even in my entire food shopping experience in the past several years because the behavior of the staff, especially the supervisor, was very unprofessional, rude,...

IF YOU SEE ANYONE GIVING THIS LOCATION 5 STARS ITS MOST LIKELY THEIR FRIENDS. POSSIBLY THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER EATEN AT IN MY LIFE. ALL OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE THAT GAVE THIS PLACE A GOOD REVIEW HAVE LIKE 6 REVIEWS. WORKERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE. NEEDS ALOT OF TRAINING SHAME ON THIS LOCATION. i have been here 4 times already, and i gave them the benefit of the doubt. But every time is worse and worse. They are very very rude they dont give you time to finish your order and you end up paying twice this happened on 3 different occasions. But this last time we went their we walk in and they are joking and playing around. After we get on the second sandwich one of the girl hops in our order and starts making two sandwhichs for herself and another co worker. All the while the cashier is checked me out. Sandwich at a time. One girl was sneezing all overherslf good thing she at least put gloves on they are laughing and joking the whole time and not paying attention to the customer at all if you follow my local guide account you know I rarely give one stars but coming 4 times and it just gets worse management needs to step in. David was super disrespectful. We came in the restaurant as paying customers but we had to use the restroom. We tried to ask David if it was possible for paying customers to use the restroom and he ignored us . There was a customer in front of us who stopped his order to let David know that we were speaking to him but he continued to ignore us. When he finally told us “no” (that even paying customers could not use the restroom) we had to repeatedly ask for napkins. David refused to acknowledge us. My sister then grabbed a stack of napkins to use the restroom out of the establishment. Meanwhile my husband ordered a sandwich. David refused to help my husband as another coworker came in from the back to help a guest BEHIND MY HUSBAND with his order (skipping over and completely ignoring my husband) it wasn’t until I came in and made a scene that David decided to start on my husband’s order. I apologized to the female staff member that was at work as well as the customer that was allowed to skip us because it had nothing to do with either of the two parties. David was very rude.
