I Have a Complaint I’m and Uber Eats driver and I just came from this restaurant and I drove 12minutes and I get here and none of the sandwiches are made! There’s is no customers and the server tells me that they do t have a specific type of bread and that they are out of meatballs.The restaurant should have known to contact the customer so I call the customer with no answer and they ask me what did I want them to do I should have just canceled the order before trying to contact the lady I finally got a hold of her and she wants a different bread but they already made the order with bread she did not want and would not remake the order then tell me that they do have meatballs but it will take a long time to make after they made the sandwich the customer changes her mind and say just make a different sandwich because she is tired of waiting at that point I just canceled the order and call support and they always want you to stay on the phone for an hour to “fix the issue” subway needs to stop hiring kids there was no adult In That restaurant no one of authority and the Uber eats customers always complain on the driver even though it was clearly the restaurants fault and they should be getting wrote up for this kind of stuff because we get in big trouble for things that the customers...
Read moreFood is.. well look up subway online and you can see for yourself. This place in particular turns off discounts if they get too many. My family all with their own accounts attempted to purchase the footlong for 6.99. This is app only and would only allow 2 people to purchase it. Not only that we tried different credit cards, addresses, phones and such. Even our neighbors could not purchase it. The very next day our neighbors ordered 2 and we all tried and they again turned off the participating of the coupon. We tried again today and our neighbors were able to get 1. This is horrible. Subway use to have great deals but now they turn on and off the participation of coupons like a light switch. The person working behind the counter told me that it is often they serve molded food from the fridge. They simply cut it off. After eating my sandwich then finding out about it I ended up with stomach pains and toilet issues. My brother and neighbors also fell I'll and none of them knew. What makes this even worse the woman who works there lives at our apartments and today stated this isn't the first time people reported any of this. Why!? I'll tell you why!
I ordered a simple sub on the mobile app, literally a basic ham cheese lettuce sub, regardless... my app said that It would be ready within 30 minutes upon ordering. When I stopped by, OH Sweet-P it was never there and wouldn't be for the next hour or so... I waited around 25 min after the app said it was done. Still Did Not Obtain My SUB!!! Trust me when I say I get it, people are busy especially when there are 2 (Yes only 2) busy employees doing so much in there. But why in the world would they continue to serve people in line when they clearly have orders and people who have paid prior to them served last!? I was waiting for what felt like hours without any news on my food!? Jeez I was about to walk away...
Side notes: -This was my first experience with this location. Never have I had this issue happen in other Subway Locations with the same amount of customers and 2 employees.
-The only bright side to this location is its remodeled interior.
-The lady was ignoring me even when we both spoke Spanish and English...
