This family owned restaurant is a gem. If you are looking for an affordable and tasty meal Tasty Box is the place. Firstly and most importantly this place is clean! Not a big diner or kitchen but it's spotless and in impeccable order. I had grilled chicken taco. The chicken they use is quality meat and grilled nicely. Very fresh and not dry. The tortilla was soft and delicious. I also had an order of fries which did not disappoint as far as fries go. The owners are so super nice as well. I can't wait to come back with the kids. I would much rather spend my money here than at the chain restaurants. I can get a quality meal for the same price. *Update: Beef Gyro Bowl- not only was it plated beautifully it was delicious. Homemade hummus is much better than a particular Greek place on BW8. Meat is well seasoned. Pita bread was soft and fresh. Healthy meal that kept me full all day. **Diablo Burger: if you like your burger with a little kick this is for you! Just the right amount of spicy from jalapenos and has a delicious green cilantro sauce that does not disappoint. Topped with lettuce, tomato, an onion ring and I think a bit of spicy mayo. Meat was on point. Not super greasy, not dry. This burger should be a Houston favorite!

I'll admit the Branch Pop-up got me a little all up in my feels. Soze you know what that means! Time to go eat until all the feelings go away! I had me a hankerin' for a Cheesesteak. And some fries. And some cheese sticks. And some chicken nuggies. And some more fries. And some baklava. And a cookies n' cream milkshake (cuz it brings all the boys to the yard, y'know). Fortunately for me, TASTY BOX was open and (whaddyaknow) they sell all them thangs. I walked in and Gulsah actually remembered me! I find that to be super impressive because I'm like the most forgettable white guy ever. People gotta meet me like ten times before they remember me and even then it ends up being like, "aren't you, like, Mr Spring Branch or something?" So Gulsah chatted with me for a bit, flashed a beautiful smile and then went and whipped up my order lickety split. Everything I've had here has been absolutely delishes and y'all are doing yourself a huge disservice if you don't pay them a visit. The menu is varied enough that it can scratch a whole lotta yer itches. So go there post haste and tell Gulsah that Kyle sent ya. That'll put a smile on her face.

Absolutely not. This burger was terrible. I paid extra to add bacon and got uncooked turkey bacon on my burger, like it was pulled right out of the Oscar Meyer pack and thrown on the burger, it doesn't even have a microwaved texture to it just, raw. My lettuce was wilted, brown edges and slimy, the burger was okay but damn everything on it was terrible. I don't recommend it. I see a lot of positive reviews and I can't help but think this can't be the only burger from this place that someone got that was gross, which leads me to believe the bulk of the positive reviews may be paid for.

My 1st visit was a week ago. The burger was cooked perfectly.... the sweet potato fries were crispy. There was a greatvspicy mayo on the burger. It was a little $$ but good. There is no soda machine, so you pay $3 for a 16 oz soda.

Fast forward a week. I was so impressed I took my wife for lunch. It was the complete opposite of my visit. My wife's burger was completely pink, medium rare, about a bite in. Mine was pink too, but more medium. She decided to eat it rather than say anything but only got about halfway. Also, no mayo and the thickest tomato slice ever. We ordered sweet potato fries but got regular. They did catch it and made one extra order of sweet potato even though we each ordered it as our side. This time, they were really undercooked and soggy. It was really disappointing for 38$ +. Probably...
