Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I would. This is the second time they mess up my order. I called customer service and they said they would send a message to the manager of this location and if I wanted a refund or I could step again the Taco Bell location with my receipt for them to redo my whole order again. I did came on April 16, 2024 and a team member named Shawn told me he could only replace part of my order and that I was complaining too much. That I should run home so the tacos don’t have to be like they gave them to me. I literally live 5 minutes away from them and is not my fault if their crew members cannot make the meal right. All tacos were saggy and those that were broken, they just put an extra layer of the crunchy shell, barely any lettuce and cheese. Was craving nachos and saw this Taco Bell and didnt see much traffic so I pulled into this sketchy small strip mall where access to the drive thru was easy. Ordering was easy and the drive thru service was polite. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same about the food. Got a nacho bell grande, burrito supreme, taco supreme and they were all literally cold. I imagine this is what it tastes like to eat dog food. To make matters worse, I didnt even know you can mess up Cinnamon twists but this location proved everything can go wrong. They literally had no cinnamon, lol, like who can be so lazy and mess that up!? I threw it all away and wasted $18 - do yourself a favor and skip this location cause its obvious there is poor management and employees who are uninterested in doing the job they get paid for…. Not recommended...

At the store after it closes because I came at 12:45am and my chalupa was hard as a rock , the lady in the store says I have to come back the following day in order to receive a refund while watching her close the whole store I don’t know in what world these people live in where you can mess up on a order and not fix it or refund me because it’s closing time so I can’t eat nor get my money back but can def feed themselves and call the laws on people but I’ll wait for the laws for this one so I can show the manger how customers get treated after their mistakes by other managers, don’t come...
