Here's my grade for this one particular Taco Bell location: FAIL. I don't mean to be mean, and it's definitely not this Taco Bell's fault, but the crime level in this particular local area is so high that for the past two years this Taco Bell's dinner area been closed to customer traffic -- the dinning area doors are locked both day and night! Drive-through only customers are accepted.
So in going through the drive-through around noon in the broad daylight, I noticed that the drive-through window was broken and being repaired because a robber had broken in through that fairly small window to rob the cash register. Worse yet, I was told this was a rather predictable occurrence.

Horrible service and food.. The night staff there are idiots. Ordered food in the drive thru and ask for taco sauce. They said it's in the bag. I said no it's not and took everything out of the bag in front of the guy and showed him. He then yelled at someone as they started arguing instead of just giving me any sauce packets. I said "I really don't have time to deal with you two arguing over some so stupid just give me the taco sauce. I went home a checked the order to find out these morons didn't get the order right. Went to taco bell to get something to eat at 8:30 pm I am at the window to pay for my food and a man came from the street carrying a mad dog 20/20 he stopped in from of my car and asked for a few dollars I said no then the man walked towards my driver's window so I rolled up my window and started talking to the guys in the taco bell window for like 2 minutes and then walked away towards the end of my car I then rolled down the window and got my card back and food and asked them why did they allow that man to walk up to the window asking customers for money and there response was they not the cops if I didn't already gave my card to pay for my food I would of drove off I felt...
