I have two problems with this taco bell: 1. The workers are incompetent and 2. This location will absolutely rip you off and disrespect you without even batting an eye. We go here at least once a month and the service is never good but today takes the cake. We ordered a Grilled Stuffed chicken burrito (no beans, no sour cream, extra avocado ranch), a nacho bell grande, and a burrito supreme. We get up to the window and the girl asks if we want any sauce, so I reply "lots and lots of hot sauce please" to which she replies "how much?". I said "A good handful should do it" and she proceeds to say "We need an actual number". Completely dumbfounded, I told her 15. She didn't say anything at all as she counted out TWELVE, threw it in our bag, and shoved it through the window to us; she basically told me "make a request so I can deny it because your business is not as important as saving our pennies where we can", which is just cheap, rude, and unprofessional. Once we got home and opened the bag we realized they had charged us for a Nacho bell grande and gave us a regular nacho which is significantly smaller, and gave us a grilled stuffed beef burrito with beans (instead of a chicken and without like we ordered). Oh, and they didn't give us a receipt so the only way I know that I paid for a Nacho's bell grande is because I always check my order on the drive through screen before I agree to the total and pull up. No receipt = no return. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend you don't either. From now on I will spend the extra time and go to the taco bell on El Camino Real and 45; the food is better, they get my order right, and they treat their customers with...
Read moreAbout half the time I go to this location, it takes so long to get what I ordered that I likely would have saved time by going to the next nearest one. Tonight I put in a mobile order, drive to the store, got to the box that's exclusively for mobile orders, there was no line, waited at the box, called hello 3 times, waited, listened to 2 or 3 songs quietly with the window down, nothing. It was 7:40, I saw workers in there, waited another song, someone came through the normal drive through, another car posted up behind me, I waited, they took the non mobile order, I said excuse me into the mic, waited another minute, gave up, moved through to go to the window figuring that maybe I've been too patient and the speaker is broken, got behind the non mobile order that came before me, it took them like 7 minutes to give that guy a small bag, at this point I cancelled and went somewhere else. Spent about 10-15 minutes waiting, never talked to a soul 100% couldve made it to another Taco Bell in the time wasted at this one. I absolutely hate that this is the closest location to my home and will definitely be trying to go to other ones from...
Read moreCustomer service is terrible. I put in a mobile order and picked it up through the drive through. Got home and handed out the food to my family and saw they left two items out of my order. Went back and walked inside to the front counter and told the lady there were things left out of my order. She asked me why I didn't bring all the food back with me because "people normally do that", as if I'm lying to her. If I got what I paid for in the first place then why am I going to waste my time, effort, and gas to go back? I told her to get the manager. She took her time doing that and then walked away from the manager and clearly said "you can deal with her". You're in a customer service job. If you don't like it, then let someone else have that job, someone who obviously needs it more and will do it right. I'll start going the extra 1.5 miles to the League City Taco Bell...
