Tampico Refresqueria — Restaurant in Houston

Yesterday was my first time trying this place . I ordered Elote /corn in a cup..it was extremely good .. I did notice that it was shredded white cheese instead of fresh cheese .. .. i didnt make a big deal about it because this was my first time ordering here..so i just went with the flow… ( the white shredded cheese made it tasted 10 times better !! Sooo good that i went back the following day for another one .!!!!( so im in the drive thru to order me one and i received my order.. i look at the corn and it was i guess(fresh cheese) instead of the shredded cheese.. i went back through the line and told the lady this wasn’t the same cheese that was on my corn.. she looked at me crazy .. and said no thats the only cheese they have .. i politely told her .. well its not the same cheese idk if they ran out of cheese yesterday and had to put shredded cheese cheeses or what !! She then argued me down as if i didnt know what i was talking about .. i have had enough of corn in a cup in my life time to know the difference in cheese!!! Then she said (oh you must have went to another location !!!! Like miss mamas i can literally walk up here within minutes.. i stay up the street!! I know exactly the one i went to yesterday!! I also paid extra for hot sauce or what ever the stuff called to make the corn hotter !!! It wasn’t hot or spicy at all 🙄 Ive had better ! Just wanted to try this...

If I could give Zero ⭐, I so would! I urgently needed to use a restroom (on Monday of this week) bc I drink a lot of water and it was so Hot🔥, so I decided to stop by here. I was going to order a bunch of stuff after using their 🚻. When I approached the ordering windows the lady told me, "No, our restrooms are out of order!!" I thought, "that is such BALLSHET!!! BC, HOW AND HOW THE HOLL DO ALL THOSE WOMEN THAT WORK THERE GO TO THE RESTROOM?!?!". DO THEY GO IN BUCKETS 🪣 IN THE KITCHEN WHEN THEY HAVE TO GO??? I left and ordered Nothing bc I could not believe that they are so rude here! Then I went to a Mexican restaurant and spent around $40, and they had No issue with me using...

THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GO HERE ! I got 3 raspas and they were leaking from the tops the ladies didnt bother cleaning them . 1 ended up overflowing completly we asked for another cup and she said we would have to pay for a cup with the regular raspa price. They couldve atleast cleaned them before they gave it to us. Plus the 2 young women that were helping were so disrespectful. Last time i come here smh. Some one needs to teach these ladies...
