We got yelled at by the bartender. They forgot part of the order and my husband was awkwardly getting up from our table asking when she could take our next drink order and put in his order and she kept refusing to and said she'd let him know when she was finally ready and this went on for like 20 minutes of her refusing to get our order. Another guy walks right in and she immediately takes his order so we were upset after how long she'd been making us wait especially since I got my food but my husband didn't. My husband went up to say that she said she'd let us know when she was ready to take our order and instead she's serving this other guy (who I might add was a preppy looking white guy so I guess maybe she expected a bigger tip from him than us) and she exploded at us and asked if we expected her to be standing right by our table when the table was literally 5 feet from the bar so she could've easily gotten our attention and said she was ready to serve us before that other guy. The way she yelled at us was embarrassing and the whole bar stared. The food sucked too. The queso was obviously just velveeta. I got charged for an item that they never...
Read moreIâve been a patron here for almost two years and tonight I got horrible service by the bartender with the neck tattoo he was completely rude and condescending towards me upon walking up. I get you are busy but you donât have to be rude. And then the young man with the long blonde hair denied my boyfriend (who is diagnosed with a mental condition and has a slight slur in his speech) a drink when he mentioned his drink wasnât made the way he asked for. It made him feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I thought this area of town would be open and welcome to all people. There are people doing cocaine in the restrooms, yet they are concerned about someone with a speech impediment and making them feel less then when they say their drink wasnât made up to par. I used to recommend this bar to many people and itâs down the street from my home but now I know how they operate here. I definitely donât recommend this place if you suffer from autism or epilepsy because they will make you feel like you are cut off before you even ordering a...
