Stone Jeans Fajas Colombianas — Local services in Houston

My first time buying colombian jeans. I tried on many pairs of pants to find one which fit comfortably. Picked a size 11 (on the tag), of one style from the Kiwi brand. I decided to buy and pay for two since I may not find good fitting jeans easily again. I thanked the lady working there (don't know her name) and left with two size 11 pants and went home. I tried them on out of curiosity and found one to be noticeably smaller than the other (about half inch on each side of both the hips and legs). I thought "wow! If they had been this tight in the store, I wouldn't have bought them!". I thought I was crazy, but I realized they were different. So I left home to go right back to the store to exchange the pants. The same employee was there and kindly let me look for a pair of pants similar to the larger one. NONE of the other size 11 pants measured the same. So I left the store with one pair of pants I liked (from original purchase), and one which fit the closest to that pair. I didn't want to, but I had no choice. This store has a NO return or NO refund policy (I think the sign said NO exchanges as well). I offered to leave the pair I didn't want, and the employee basically said "no, we can't keep it". I would have liked a refund simply because I couldn't find something that matched. That goes for other styles available in the store. I must have tried on at least ten different pairs of pants, to find one which fit comfortably enough to work 8 hours in.

If there is one thing I could have done differently, is to try on both pants, even though they were the same style and size, because they turned out to be different.

If you plan on buying here, try on everything you plan on wearing before you pay. Because once you do, that's it.

I'm giving three stars because overall things went well, but I paid for inconsistent product quality. Yuck. The jeans are not inexpensive, I could have used that money on something else. Both pairs cost the same.

Still trying to decide whether I should call the credit card company to do a partial refund...
