Taqueria Las Glorias (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

I went for the first time to this place because I heard good things. Unfortunately our experience (my 4 children and I) was not as great. I heard they take your order from your car. This was not the case. I walked over they took my order. Cashier was nice. No, problem there. Maybe my order of an estimated $30. Not bad I thought for 1 torta,2 burritos, I maiz taco and I hamburger. We are not far from this place not even a 5 min drive. When we arrived home. Some of the food was cold... which we had to reheat. I put the excuse of it's probably bc is windy and chilly outside... We all began to eat together. After I took a few bites of my burrito I felt like I had something stuck in my throat.. still have that feeling... well to my surprise... I had bit into a hair... I checked the burrito and pulled out more of it and my children and I all looked at each other and all lost our appetite... My kids threw their food away because well it's gross to think there was hair in any of the other food... Hair nets should be something everyone wears in any type of food place in my opinion to avoid these kind of things... I had really high hopes in this being a place to be able to buy from since is a lot more affordable to treat my kids when eating out. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience here.

P.s The first time I tried to order from here . I waited to have my order taken from my car since I saw females taking orders and trash from other cars .. I waited 10 minutes and left because all I saw was the females looking over at me and not assisting... maybe there is a process I don't know about in how to make...

This place is amazing!

They serve authentic tacos for $2/2.50, quesadillas, and many more delicious items (burritos/ tortes/ rice plates, etc.) They also have delicious Aguas Frescas (Horchata / Pineapple Juice / etc.).

The taco truck is located in a private parking lot, and the employees walk up to your truck (drive in movie theater style) to take your order and bring you your food, during the night hours. You order at the truck window, and receive your food there, during the day time hours. The service is fast and friendly.

I love the carne asada and Barbacoa meat! Absolutely delicious and the quality melts in your mouth. Highly recommend their tacos and quesadillas (I personally haven't tried the other items, but everything I've tried here is of the highest quality).

An absolute must,...

The tacos are pretty good. I really like how thin and fine the meat is chopped. The service is great. You don't have to get off and order like other taco truck places. A usually nice and friendly employee walks out to your car and takes your order, then brings it out to you as well. You can take the tacos to eat elsewhere, or you can just eat them there in your car. I love eating them in the car. They bring out the tacos on a plate, and provide you a whole bottle of salsa so you can put as much as you want. I love that they also give you lime and sliced radishes without asking for them. Sometimes they even ask if you would like some complimentary frijoles...
