Red Circle Ice Cream & Churros — Restaurant in Houston

Terrible customer service! We came in at 10:35pm and didn’t receive our order until 10:55pm, which is 5min it’s before they closed! The place was full of customers and the employees turned the lights off on everyone at exactly 11pm and announced they were closed pretty much kicking us out. They should’ve been more considerate and let the customers know they will be closing the place in 10minutes to give the customers some time to finish their desserts. Employees at this location are extremely unprofessional and immature

**update response to owner 9/25/2023 Like I mentioned the employees were acting extremely immature and unprofessional. I was there with my husband,kids and a group of friends . One employee switched the lights off and started giggling probably because he realized he switched the wrong lights off. As soon as he switched the lights off people started to leave other than the table I was sitting at and this one other table with 2 people sitting. I was not leaving until I finished most of my ice cream. The employee that switched the lights off, started to clean tables in the dark and as he passed by said “we are now closed, thank you for coming” that’s when I got extremely irritated and left. As soon as I walked out with my husband a few seconds later the employees locked the door and turned the lights back on to continue cleaning. You should probably check your cameras if you have any and see the actual situation. We have been coming to Red Circle for a while now, this was the first time I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I hope to have a better experience...

Just when you thought desert Concepts couldn't get any more outlandish and awesome, this place pops up. It's similar to the food crazes and places I've seen on my monthly trips to Singapore. In the same month a liquid nitrogen ice cream place opened up nearby what that best place takes it to a whole nother level.

This place combines the best of all worlds churros Donuts macaroons and ice cream with wild toppings like Fruity Pebbles and cookie butter. If you want to go spike your blood sugar levels just looking at this store will do it for you. I love churros a lot and this place did not disappoint with the giant pretzel shaped churros. They Even have a churros coated in Fruity Pebbles.

I ordered a churro and some guava ice cream which was delicious. There's nothing like a hot cinnamon churro on a freezing cold rainy night. my friend ordered the Hong Kong egg waffle which was also very good and extremely feeling. That is a cool concept . My wife got the macaron sandwich which she said was good. And my other friend got a different churro and soft serve.

Everything was top-notch here. Next time I will try to Order something really wild like Fruity Pebbles or cookie butter and Oreo crush. Very glad to store opened up. You can never have enough to Rose and you can even buy an assorted sampler box for parties.

I wish there was one in Austin! I just discovered this place while I was here visiting, my family goes to Tan Tan's a lot, and I was looking for dessert and noticed Red Circle Ice Cream was right in the same complex! I'm so beyond happy I got the chance to try it!

The owner is absolutely the nicest and sweetest lady ever! They have such great options and combinations, I just couldn't decide. She gave us samples of the ice cream and was super patient with us.

The Elmo Crunch is the best! Super delicious, We also got the Churro and soft serve, also amazing, it was fresh baked churro and it was totally worth it! I would go back and get it over and over again! The waffle is so flavorful and puffy! Pufflelicious! The coffee ice cream was also delicious.

I'm so beyond happy this place exists. I will have to come back all the time now, I love that it's not jammed packed in the other locations where it's a massive nightmare to get to! The parking here is doable and not crazy. The store is super clean, and has seating! I am so thrilled at how clean it is! I hope it stays clean since most places in this area are not.

I can't wait to go back here and try everything else they have. I really want to try the sugar bun and just a glazed churro! I recommend everyone to go here!! Hope they open up in Austin or have...
