Taqueria Hecho En México #1 (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

This is a taco stand that you would love to recommend to all your friends and family due to the great taste of their food, but unfortunately they just can’t get with the program. From stealing your money, to getting your orders Incorrect & allowing an employee to speak to a customer outline. We have been clients of this stand for a while now so we are familiar with their prices, our order does not usually change since it is just my boyfriend and I, but recently he had an experience where the employee was trying to charge him $4 USD more once he asked when the prices had changed the employee got real nervous and stated a mistake had been made and provided a different price. Same experience with my best friend where an employee stated a price that was $4 USD more then expected and once addressed the employee as well became nervous. They also have a very weird standard on the salsa per taco ratio since they like to give out 6 salsas for 14 tacos and a quesadilla. But the worst experience was when we placed an order of 14 tacos 11 where to be fajita 2 tripa and 1 pastor and 1 quesadilla. Once we got home we realized the fajita looked odd, looked much like barbacoa which was weird since I had not seen that on the menu. We returned to the stand to ask what had been given to us, and the female employee who’s name I do not know stated in a very very rude tone of voice and made a very disgusting face towards us, “fajitaaa what you asked for!!!” We stated that she needed to then have a look at what was in our order because that was not fajita, she then proceeded to speak to the cook who stated it was not fajita but in fact CABEZA!!! She then turns her head provides me with a great big fake smile stating “omg oops we got the wrong thing we will fix it for you” I stated that I was surprised she was able to determine it was not fajita since a moment ago she was nearly chewing my head off stating that it was. I demanded a refund and have not returned since. This place has great food but the employees make a horrible impression of it. We ordered 8 tacos (4 barbacoa, 2 fajita steak, and 2 chicken) with added cheese with 2 red salsas and 2 green salsas and a Mexican coke. The tacos did not come with the cilantro and onions that are customary in food truck tacos :(. She also brought out a fountain coke as well at first and had to go back and get the glass bottled coke. The salsas were also left out of our order and I had to go back and ask for it, and they still only gave me green salsa. They offer carside service once you are parked and they will deliver your order to your car as well. The staff was nice...not sure if our issues could have been due to a language barrier or incompetence. The food was good, but would have been better with the cilantro and onions and requested salsas. If you try this place, be clear about what you want (use Google translate if you need) and check your bag before leaving. Don't think...

We been going to this taco place for years. The tacos there self are good ! But more than twice I have problems, they gave me wrongh orders, I purchase a big order and got charge for what I order and when I got home I didn't get the things I order!!! My husband called and ask why they gave us an incomplete order, the lady he talked to said "are you sure, a lot of ppl call me saying that but it's all lies" girl first of all we paying for it so we deserve to get all we pay for. we live 35mins away from here, there's a reason we go this far obviously like I said before, the food here is good.
