True Dog Houston — Restaurant in Houston

Saw Damian two nights ago. Told him that I’d be back. Ordered one True Dog, Two Danny Dogs and the BB Fries.

I apologized to my heart later. None of the buns were warm and fell apart after two or three bites, the Danny Dogs were supposed to have Kimchi but it was almost nonexistent and trust me Kimchi is not a shy condiment. And it definitely was not finished with thinly sliced chives. In fact, they seem to be out of toppings as early as 7:30. The dogs themselves had a nice crisp to them but were way too salty.

The BB Fries were good but trust me eat those quickly, as they will be mush w/in minutes. Was looking for a good Hot Dog....

I definitely recommend True Dog Houston. I called the day before to book them for a last minute employee appreciation lunch and they were available for both day and night shifts. The day of the event, they were very professional and friendly. They showed up early to prepare and our employees all said loved the food. True Dogs has the best gourmet dogs and now that they can set up inside is even better for me as I don’t have space to have the truck come out. The guys came on time and set everything up and I didn’t have to do anything. They served all the guests easily and everything went smoothly. I appreciate caterers that are easy to communicate with, do what they say they will do, have a great product, and are very professional. 100%...
