My recent visit to Twin Peaks turned out to be a night to remember, thanks to the extraordinary service provided by our waitress, Cassidy. From the moment we walked in, Cassidy made sure that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately set the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening.
Cassidy greeted us with a genuine smile and escorted us to our table with grace. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident as she effortlessly explained the menu, making sure to highlight some of the restaurant's signature dishes. Cassidy's deep knowledge of the menu items and her ability to describe them in mouth-watering detail made our choices much easier.
As we settled in, Cassidy promptly took our drink orders. I opted for the Twin Peaks Naughty Brunette, a rich and flavorful ale that perfectly complemented the hearty meal I was about to indulge in. Cassidy's recommendation of this house-brewed beer was spot-on, and her attentiveness ensured our glasses were never empty throughout the night.
For appetizers, Cassidy suggested the Billionaire's Bacon, a decadent choice that set the bar high. The thick-cut bacon, coated with brown sugar, black pepper, and a hint of smoked paprika, was an explosion of flavors. Cassidy's description of the bacon had us all salivating before it even arrived at the table, and the actual dish did not disappoint. Her timely check-ins ensured we were savoring every bite and that our dining needs were being met.
When it came time to order the main course, Cassidy's expertise truly shone. I decided to go for the Twin Peaks' classic, the Chicken Fried Steak. Cassidy's vivid portrayal of this dish – a massive, hand-battered steak smothered in creamy gravy – convinced me that it was the perfect choice. She even recommended a side of garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans, which turned out to be the perfect accompaniments.
Cassidy's exceptional service didn't stop there. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our meal was paced perfectly. She was always nearby, ready to refill drinks, clear plates, and provide any additional condiments or sauces we desired. Her cheerful attitude and engaging conversation added a personal touch that made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.
As we reached the end of our meal, Cassidy suggested we indulge in the Twin Peaks Sundae. Her enthusiasm for this dessert was contagious, and we couldn't resist. The sundae, with its layers of rich vanilla ice cream, warm chocolate sauce, and topped with a cherry, was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Cassidy's ability to anticipate our needs and make personalized recommendations truly elevated our dining experience.
In conclusion, my visit to Twin Peaks was made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Cassidy. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge of the menu, and warm personality turned a simple meal into a memorable dining experience. If you're looking for great food and impeccable service, I highly recommend requesting Cassidy as your waitress. She truly made our evening special, and we can't wait to return for another...
Read moreIf I could give a zero star I would. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Twin Peaks and I had forgotten that you have to pull the menu up on your own phone. After sitting there close to 10 minutes our waitress asked for our drink order and if we were ready to order. No mention as to if we’ve even seen the menu. While she went to get our drinks another waitress walked by and stopped to chat. Asking if I wanted a coloring page for my son and then told us kids eat free on Saturdays. Finally we received our drinks and ordered our food. But before we could even finish ordering our waitress started walking away. I had to almost raise my voice to add that we wanted to order for our son as well. She later brought mine and my husband’s food out but not my sons. I proceeded to feed my son off my plate and no waitress in site. Twice we tried to get a waitress’s attention and both times completely ignored and walked right past us. Our waitress finally reappeared to ask if everything was ok. I said no we were still waiting for my son’s grilled cheese. She had forgotten. Then tried to tell us it went to another table and that a fresh one would be out in 5 minutes! 15 minutes later she brings out a hard toasted cheese sandwich. Our drinks had been empty for a while by then. We had to wait another 15 minutes before she came back asking if we needed anything. I just picked my empty glass up and said we needed refills. We then had to wait another 20 minutes to get our bill. I will NEVER go to...
Read moreManagement tonight was complete out of hand. Starting with 28 minute wait time to get garlic bread. Secondly this “fantasy football voucher” is a complete SCAM!?!? Even after knowingly the kitchen is severely behind, the manager on duty has the nerve to come to the table and blatantly and boldly told me it’s clearly in the “fine print”! First of all WHO can read that micro mini print they purposely use! Even if they use it for legal purposes, why make a huge deal over $8!?!? Manager said we MUST spend $75 worth of food in order to redeem voucher. Our food subtotal was $68.18!?!? The amount we spent there alone on DRAFT DAY and not to mention, at least once a week… quadruples times 5, at the very least!!! Thats the revenue they make off our family alone!?!!! I guarantee you that because of TONIGHTS events, I will NOT spend another penny at this Twin Peaks ever again AND NEVER host another draft party at ANY location with all these “fine prints” and excuses not to honor a voucher. Just like it costs them to pay for the food they serve us, we have to WORK hard to be capable of paying for our meals. And tonight’s events just infuriated the greed and dishonesty of a “manager” trying to “prove himself!!! Hope the owner reads this and discusses policies and procedures with his staff…. What ever happened to the customer is always right or a bit of customer...
