Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

If I could give it 0 I would. Waited 10 plus minutes to place an order at 930pm. 3 workers just standing around doing nothing. They had ZERO customers there besides us. They kept saying the lady is coming to take our order but no one ever came. When we asked for the manager we were told that's who we were waiting on to take our order. She was in the bathroom. Ok, so why do we have to wait for someone to wipe their behind? Why can't one of you just take the order? Why make your customers WAIT for someone taking a bathroom break? None of it made sense. We will.never go back to this location. She said her general managers name is Sandra, my husband will.be calling her. This is unacceptable. I've never in my life seen a fast food establishment employee just ONE person to take every customers order while the others stand around and wait. Every employee must know how to take orders for situations like this, if one person isn't available the next employee steps in and...

WORST SERVICE EVER, I order a APPLE PECAN SALAD along with other items once I drove up to the window I was told that my food was still cooking so if we could pull forward and they would bring it out, before pulling forward I paid in cash and was told that they didn't have 24 cents to give me back in change I said ok forget keep it, but if you could put ketchup in the bag. Once the food came out and brought to my vehicle I checked my sald the lettuce was old apples turning colors and there was NO PECANS apparently they ran out of PECANS and was no told and also they had not vinaigrette dressing and not told when the order was placed also no ketchup in the bag. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was to busy that he could not help me and according to the employee they said " I just work here I don't know whats going on" . Breakfast was cold and nasty. Coffee was cold. It look like they took one strip of bacon and broke it into three pieces and put on the baconator breakfast sandwich, mind you it was supposed to be 6 pieces of bacon. Then they forgot to give me the orange juice that I ordered with the honey butter chicken biscuit. The guy that took my order was nice. He was taking money and then going to the back to help prepare food. I guess he was the manager, I heard him constantly telling the team to focus. There were 5 people working two red shirts and three black shirts. The lady working drive through was running from drive thru to front counter to give customers their order. The service was really slow. The youngest guy there couldn't identify a large cup. They need to change the oil they cook the food in. I will not return for breakfast.
