Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

Went yesterday to Wendy’s on 12486 Northwest Freeway Houston, TX 77092 I’ve never experienced something like yesterday I felt so discriminated. I have never filed a complaint but this time they really went out of line usually I let it go but it really bothers me. My husband on my cell went through the drive-through cannot hear the lady well she told us as soon as we drove of our debit machine does not work cash only. So we told the lady that we would pay cash then she just stayed quiet and silent and we kept saying hello hello to the machine but she would not answer us. She was very rude to us. Shad an attitude since the beginning. We paid her cash we kept saying thank you she never even responded to us she gave us the change didn’t say a word to us then she told us to move forward because they were going to prepare the food and take it to us to the car there was no one there only us on the drive-through. She talk to us with a real bad attitude but we kept ignoring it let it go and I asked my husband is it me or is the lady being really rude to us or discriminating us. My husband telling me to let it go and I make a big deal about it and I did but honestly I was not able to enjoy my food because I was so upset that this lady made us feel like intruders and she was just rude from the beginning when the food was taken to us toThe car that’s one of the employees who works in the kitchen who took the food Telus Telus I apologize for the ladies attitude you should not take it and I apologize. This was the site of worst customer service I have ever had- by a huge margin.

I went in to the drive-through and I was ordering a new specialty burger. I was with one other person, who wanted to change her order slightly. I had just slid my card through the reader. As I told the woman in the drive-thru that I needed to change my order, she immediately accused me of trying to cheat them. I insisted that I merely wanted to change my order, but the woman in the drive-thru just smiled and shook her head. As I continued to protest, she actually shushed me and said in an arrogant tone of voice "You see when I'm talking on this headset? You don't talk to me." I became furious and asked for a refund and my order to be immediately canceled. She said she would need to get a manager, and said that the manager was not currently available. I drove off and ultimately called this store back several times over the next few days, talking to a different person each time. Although they could locate my charge, they did not agree to cancel my charge as I asked. I called my credit card company, who agreed to stop payment.

So, they got our $25 order screwed up, it was an accident I believe the girl was new, things happen no big deal ....we drove right back thru the line they look relieved and confused at the same time gives a new bag I checked it and off we went... the freaks I mean fries were hot and salty just like he likes them .. The burgers didn't look too great but they were hot 90% correct on the made-to-order....soft bun... I should have asked for no bun my dude loved his it was some big beefy cheesy bacon triple Patty chunk - o- goodness that made him forget all about being mad. Thank goodness...😉 I was never a huge fast food eater....EVER until Mr on the go and not gastronomically adventurous or actually he's just too damn busy too sit down and have a meal .... he's on the launching pad I am telling you ..however $25 for 2 combo meals only up sized to medium I'm not sure what happened there... I'll always prefer NOT fast food... preferably something that goes with sake, but this is...
