Do not recommend. Came through the drive through for my daughter today and was met with two very unclean looking full of attitude young ladies that had little respect for themselves, their jobs or the companies they represent. We prefer a specialty ice cream, and were curious why we couldn’t find it the last few times we’ve been to different locations, the response we got was giggling and “it’s called running out of ice cream”. Something I learned a long time ago was to pick my struggle. If I’m gonna look ratchet, unkept, and have a poor attitude I’m gonna need to evaluate and PICK MY STRUGGLE. If i could gv a -0 i would. Bought a cake for my sons Birthday i had a slice the Next day. And it tasted horrible n old not fresh at all. I could hv went to bakery got a regular cake paid less and it would hv been way better fresh n tastey. So when i returned it dealing w the Store Manager/ owner was the redudest experience i ever had. First time going. Honestly say, customer service was horrible. Order a cappuccino blast and the person did not know. Ask me three time what cappuccino. Stood there for a good eight minutes scratching his head not knowing what to do and stared at his co-workers.Another staff attended us and took our order. Then she went to make the order and was playing around with the other co-worker. Took a good 20 minutes. Missing one item in the order a simple hash brown.
