I ordered from the drive through but I had to go home and rewarm everything up. I ordered #1 w/Dr.Pepper, #13 w/Sweet Tea and 3extra chicken strips, Large onion Rings, Large Fry, Large Chocolate Milkshake and 4 Apple pies. We paid and waited in the driveway for a while. When Christofer brought us our food he repeated the order and it was correct so we headed home. I noticed the fries were old and the onion rings were cold, but I didn't want to make a big deal because my husband just got off work and was ready to grub at home. Upon arriving home we found that there were NO apple pies, No Sweet Tea, and only 5 chicken strips not 6. We called and spoke with Melanie about the issue and she shid we could return to the store and get it fixed. I regret doing that because we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Christofer corrected the tea. Sam came and told us that the 6th chicken strip was under the box of fries 😑 which is a lie because we counted 5 chicken strips in the box, wasn't no strip "hiding". Sam gave us 3 apple pies and said the 4th apple pies would be a 7minute wait. We waited more than 7 minutes for 1 apple pie. So, now I'm writing this review as well as an email to corporate and Glenda Lanadaverde WHILE I HEAT UP MY WHATABURGER AT HOME. I spent $40 so that I can warm up my Whataburger in my oven. Mind you this is NOT the 1st or the 4th time my order was wrong and missing items during the night shift. I fkn LOVE Whataburger but this location close to home is making me HATE Whataburger. After I'm finished eating this food, I'm going to write Glenda Landaverde whom is the Operating Partner of this location. Harrisburg needs to get it...
Read moreI ordered a patty melt no onion add jalapeño meal large side of white gravy, simple. I got charged for a #2 double meat meal large no onion add jalapeños side of white gravy while sitting in lane b. I caught the young lady's attention and informed her that I ordered a patty melt not a #2 double meat burger. She took my receipt then 7 minutes later came back and handed me a brown bag informing me that they fixed it and walked away. I checked the burger to ensure the error was fix but got a patty melt with onions and no jalapeños. So I had to catch her attention again. I informed her that my burger had onions and no jalapeños. 6 minutes later she comes back with another brown back and told me they fixed it then walked away. I checked the bag and seen that I didn't have my white gravy this time. The girl told me it is in there but I told her it wasn't because u just checked the bag. This time she sent another person to drop off the white gravy. Instead of her walking away she should have verified the order was okay before walking away knowing there were multiple errors. Instead I was backing up the line because 8 kept having to catch her as she walked other orders to the customers waiting in their cars. I waited a total of 25 minutes and should not have to keep correcting an order multiple times. I nderstand these are teenagers working at fast food restaurants but its not that hard to pay attention to what you are keying into the register or to verify the order with the customer before keying it in. If my order was typed in correctly the first time all this would have...
