Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Houston

This restaurant was amazing for being a fast food chain. They have sooooooo much of what I love. I wasn't even that hungry honestly, but as soon as I saw the words buffet and saw spinach and green beans, I couldn't help myself. I wanted to try absolutely everything and honestly did my best to eat most of it. Everything I ate was well seasoned, and I could hear Hispanics working and talking as the employees, so it makes sense my spinach, my green beans, my chicken, my mash potatoes, my corn, my coleslaw was well and perfectly seasoned! Trust me! I don't like unsalted food. I hate having to season it later. Everything was perfect!!! This restaurant was a 5 for fast food chains. It was so delicious! I can't tell how good it is. Y'all should just go if you happen to be near by. I went because for the first time in my life I got on an adventure and went on a Greyhound, and this was a stop point. Across the street from Greyhound was this PERFECT place! Nevermind I had eaten a Whataburger breakfast Chicken Biscuit meal my son had bought me this morning at 7:30, and it was only 11:30, I had to try it. If you're anything like me and love steamed spinach, this is the place to get all you want for just 14.99!!! Listen, you can't pay for the items you get to make it at home. Go for it! That price is reasonable. The food is a five in my book if you like what they offer. I couldn't even eat the yams or the bread pudding. I was way too full but completely satisfied. You can't take food. It is only dine in. You eat what you can...

I just went to this place and paid over $25 for this fish to come home and The fish is pink on the inside and they tell me I gotta get on the bus or train and come all the way back there to get my food remade when I asked him to make it extra crispy and they didn’t do that. I am going to To be given pictures of this to the health department too, and let them know what kind of things y’all sending out the store and it’s in yawls box Ridiculous sorry I don’t need you. Sorry I want my money back. This is horrible.

Update- 11/24/2024 the city of Houston came out to expect this restaurant today and I’m gonna get the state to come out and inspect it as well. Also, I’m following a small claims lawsuit on this restaurant because I will not allow you to get away with telling me half cook food. I think it’s OK and have a smart mouth...

This restaurant was runned by inexperienced unsanitary,unprofessional very filthy workers,no guidance,no structure,the food was cold and I watched 4 paid customers wait on chicken for over 40 mins.From touching filthy money,public phone,the public restroom door knob,headsets to touching food not once did I witness any hand washing after touching filthy public objects.no hair nets no name tags filthy napkins dispenser,dirty tables, the trash cans filthy inside and out leaking ceilings very old building.no welcoming no courtesy at all.who is the owner? I will never return back to this filthy restaurant 😤. The place needs to be reported asap to the health department.
