Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

Beyond THE WORST, customer service mobile order drive-thru pick up experience!!!!! Placed it prior to their 11pm closing time, mobile receipt said approx 10:30pm, plenty of time to make 1 chicken sandwich and my free mashed potatoes. I get there lights are all on in the drive thru speaker menu, cars outside etc lights on in restaurant. Repeatedly asked 3-4x hello at the speaker, to pick up my order. No answer, we proceed to drive thru to the window to ask no one shows up for 3-5 mins then a Hispanic lady comes by pulling the drive thru window reg til ignoring us waiting. A skinny hisp guy young in his 20s with a sassy rude attitude says, picking up a mobile order ?? With receipt in hand no food bag nothing. He looks at my mom & I and says “well we don’t have anything to give you, no food no chicken filets or sides we ran out” I’m literally sitting in the passenger side in disbelief he was lazy and wanted to close early apparently not preparing my order at all prior to pick up. I was pissed I said why did u take my order and money online what’s happening to that ? He replies, you can call and ask for a refund if u want, my mom was like NO that’s not right you’ve given me issues before and you have a terrible attitude to customers and don’t fulfill orders right !! You’re going to make the order or do something a refund or fix it, and he’s just staring at us, in the drive thru tried to say he didn’t know what to make for it and lies. Leaves us sitting 10 mins comes back sassy like here y’all go with the bag, it’s not even right I feel since he was being rude he messed up my order never putting also a sauce I paid for, or giving my receipt just says bye bye sarcastically and closed the drive thru window not even confirming the order. Shame on him!!! Customers behind us trying to order were also being ignored and drove off. I’m disgusted by his behavior, never have I’ve been treated this way at any establishment. And you don’t shut down 20-30 mins early. I will never come here wasting my time or money, if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there. Period. Losing business by being rude and turning patrons away bc you wanna close up early misleading closing time at 11pm on a Monday night. SMH! Beyond ridiculous service or lack of at this location.

Biggest scam and joke of all, he’s supposedly a supervisor my mom said after we drove off. Which he shouldn’t be if he treats/lies/disrespects customers that way continuously…….Very...

I visit this Popeyes every other day because it’s the closest one to my home l. I asked for the 5 dollar box. I asked for a wing, leg and breast, and theirs always an older lady that’s on the drive thru in the mornings she always have an attitude and speaks very ugly to the customers. She told me i couldn’t get those pieces. I had to get the ones that was already on the picture and I told her that I always come here and get those same pieces for five dollars and she said that wasn’t true. Then i asked yo speak with a manager and the manager started speaking to me very rude as well because i informed her about the customer service of her employee. I asked for the customer service number and she responded by saying they wasn’t going to service me anymore because i asked for the corporate number and i wasn’t even being rude with them i come here a lot and spends alot of money for my family and i i can’t believe how i was treated. I ended up going to another Popeyes around the corner and they gave me the breast leg and wing for five dollars. I feel as if this Popeyes just didn’t want to give me those three pieces because they were saying that they was a different Popeyes and they only give out the pieces that’s on the picture...

My visit to Popeyes today. 5 years ago my childhood favorite KFC. The chicken was old and unappealing. When I first started coming to Popeyes purely by chance on Westheimer I thoroughly enjoyed it because they had a consistency in their chicken that I had not seen in a long time. It was hard for me to try it initially because of the Louisiana kitchen emblem which in my psyche denotes spicy food. I was pleasantly surprised and the quality of the chicken on Westheimer was unbelievable. The consistency brought me back over a dozen times. Today though at Popeyes in Harrisburg stale chicken is what I was served and I was pretty shocked. I told myself it was the first of four pieces that I ordered $16 which is a lot for lunch but I told myself the quality of the chicken is going to carry the day. In this case however, it did not and each piece was as disappointing as the first. I finally got up and just left and I will probably never return to this Popeyes. Hold times are everything in fast food. The manager of every Popeyes needs to be testing that chicken each...
