On Friday Dec, 6th around (2:30)pm Hungry as I was, I was looking 👀through the reviews ⭐⭐⭐⭐ of this location as I normally always determine how my experience is going to go based off what I find surprisingly 😳,I came across a handful of negative👎👎 reviews but as much as I was craving Whataburger🍔 I chose to ignore 🤷♂️these reviews and come to this location anyway. and I have to admit I was extremely amazed & stunned by my experience. 🙏😫🫶 It all started when I pulled up🚙 to the drive-thru and before I could even get to the order window 🪟, I realized there was an employee standing outside ready to greet me👋 and take my order this alone extremely amazed me as I know many of us tend to have communication 🔇🔉 issues whenever it comes to ordering at a fast food restaurant. I was greeted with such a kind, & curtious attitude ⭐🙏☺️ when placing my order. I decided to order the new (Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger)🌶️🥓🧀🍔 meal that I normally add a small 🤏 modification to, I then proceeded to the next window 🪟 (lane B) to wait on my food and not more than 2️⃣ minutes🕑 later another employee walked out with my drink🥤, Not more than another 5️⃣ minutes 🕑 later he walked out again with my meal. As soon as I open my bag I could instantly tell that my fries 🍟were extremely fresh, on top of that they were crispy & perfectly salted,🧂 with the perfect portion in the cup.
My modification to my order is that I always like my bun toasted 🍞 on both sides and this was executed perfectly 🫶👌 as I mentioned earlier my experience at this location has possibly been one of the best I have ever encountered 😫😭🥲🫶at any Whataburger🍔 location. Not only were the employees courteous and kind but the quality of my meal and food was extremely amazing 👌😋.
I honestly wish I would have gotten a few names from the employees on that shift as they made my experience extremely pleasant so I could personally give them credit for my amazing experience 🙌😫 the people that worked this shift seriously deserve a raise the smallest gestures go a long way in this world 🙏

Read moreThe downfall of Whataburger has been quite noticeable and apparent. Before they were sold to a BDT Capital Partners, LLC, the company really held true to their customer service and quality of food. That has slipped big time. Each time I go to one of their restaurants something is typically wrong or missing. This location is not an exception to that trend.
Last Sunday I did a curb side order. I was told it would be ready within 4-6 minutes. I arrive and waited about 15 minutes past the quoted completion time. I get it that things can become busy, but the inside line and drive thru were running very well while the curbside order sat and waited. I was the only person picking up curb side.
The food finally came out and the lady simply handed me the bag and walked back in. I got to my destination and noticed that the hash browns for my combo was missing. I put in a complaint to the restaurant and ignored. It has been a week now. No response. This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened with Whataburger with a missing item. Just easier to spend my time and money else where.
They are spending all of their effort expanding across the US but have lost their foundation of quality food and customer service. If you can't maintain that, what is the use of expanding to just spread those new sub par values? Big mistake. Miss this location. I was in ATL this week for work and they opened up a brand new Whataburger and I intentionally skipped it for this exact reason. I refuse to be disappointed again.

Read moreAs a longtime fan of Whataburger, it pains me to write this — but this specific location continues to disappoint, and it’s clear that operational standards are not being met. I’m speaking as someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry, including as a manager, so I don’t write this lightly.
Last time I visited, I ordered a Sweet & Spicy burger without bacon and made it very clear to the cashier that I have a serious allergy. Despite this, it came with bacon, and it took over 40 minutes and repeated follow-ups to finally get a corrected order. I let it go at the time, understanding it was a bit busy.
But tonight — a weekend night when I just wanted to enjoy a good meal — I ordered a Patty Melt with extra patty and extra cheese, paid for the extras, and did not receive them. The fries were stone cold and rubbery, as if they had been sitting for a long time.
What made things worse was the staff’s attitude — lacking the basic courtesy or hospitality expected at any restaurant, let alone from a brand like Whataburger. The manager herself took my order with clear frustration, as if it was a burden to simply do her job. I tried calling the store to explain the issue — no answer.
