Wok D'Lite — Restaurant in Houston

We had a large order and against my better judgment I did not check the food before we left to make sure everything was in there. When I get home there’s missing the rice that comes with the sweet and sour chicken dinner. I called the business and the lady who answered the phone immediately says we’re about to close without even a proper greeting. I proceeded to tell her that I am missing my rice instead of her to apologize for the mishap she adamantly says that she put the rice in there. I again tell her that it is not since I am looking at the food and she finally says I can come get the rice tomorrow since they are closing. I thought that was the end of that and then I get a call back from the same woman and she’s arguing saying that she did put the rice in there and said it repeatedly. I ended up hanging up because there’s no point in arguing with her and I cannot believe she called back just to insist she put something in the bag that was clearly not there. I used to love this location but they will no longer get my business anymore. Horrible customer service and then on top of that the eggrolls that we got were burnt so the food is no longer the best either. Come here at...

The lady at the counter whom might be the Manager or Owner -manager is the rudest person I've ever met at a Chinese restaurant..She has a fake smile as you come in, but after i payed my meal and saw she was busy, i helped myself to a cup of ice for tea, and the lady lashed out at me and jumped on me for walking to the counter with the tea pitcher which is accessible at the front counter, I explained to her that i was just not wanting to bother her as i saw she was busy. Then my mother later went and wanted to buy a tea and the lady snapped at her and told her that it's not paid for, she also snapped at my mom and my mom told her she wanted to purchase s tea and then the last changed her tune . All in all, it was a horrible experience, i would definitely not recommend anyone go here to eat inside, get it to go would be a better solution. The food is good for...

We've been eating at this location for the last 20 years and were always happy with the food and service. But, we ate here a few weeks ago and were disappointed. We heard they had changed ownership so we decided to give the new owners another try. We went to the drive through menu, could not understand one word being said. So I went inside to order. The young lady behind the counter acted like I was bothering her by ordering food to go. I ordered vegetable fried rice, cheese puffs and egg rolls. The fried rice was under cooked, old and had very few vegetables in it. The cheese in the cheese puffs was grainy and had a bitter taste. The egg rolls were doughy and chewy. We will not be going back for a third time. There are plenty of other good restaurants in the area. Sad to say it but, if they don't make some changes quick, they will not be in business...
