Green Tea Chinese Drive Thru -Greenbay North — Restaurant in Howard

Another one of my straightforward, honest reviews! I was absolutely flabbergasted when I went to this restaurant yesterday. All of my previous visits were fine, or even acceptable, but I would say the food has gone a little downhill in the last 3-4 visits. Otherwise, I haven't had a problem. But yesterday...wow! Two of the last 3 times I went there, I asked for a half order of crab rangoons. Never a problem. I am a "solo diner" and have found, sadly, a lot of restaurants in the Green Bay area that discriminate against the solo diner. We don't need a complete appetizer! Waste of food and money. Well, when I asked this time, I was told that they didn't do that. The clerk at the window was helpful, but her supervisor, a Chinese lady, INSISTED that they had never given me, or ANYONE, a half order, and would NEVER do that. She then started getting angry and spouting off to me, trying to tell me she wouldn't even know what to charge me. Umm...they are $5.99 for a full order. How about $3? Just a lot of rudeness and excuses. I told her the word gets around fast when you treat people this way, and she made comments that she didn't care. Sad!! In my business, I'd rather sell some items than NO ITEMS!! She lost a sale, and lost my business. Im a huge huge snob when it comes to American style Chinese food, and had given up on there being anything decent in the area.

Someone recommended Green Tea and with an "oh ok" I said I would get them. A co-worker made a run and I said I'd try the Mei Fun.

No tonly was it fast, it was fresh, piping hot, ready is a blink, it was also delicious!!

I've since been back, and haven't found but one thing. I didn't care for. Sorry the egg rolls aren't my favourite, but everything is is head and shoulders above anything else I've had in the area.

The drive through is super fast or you can go inside. It isnt fancy or highly decorated but is clean and has a lot of space for solo or family dining.

A world of caution. If you order anything large (like sweet and sour chicken) be prepared to get a literal mountain of food, so you better be a competitive eater, or have brought a few Packers with you to tackle...

I just didn't think a pork entree could have gotten onto.my order when Inmever said the word pork, and I don't eat pork because I hate the taste of it. But here I have a pork lo mein entree, even when confirming the order in the drive thru.

They talk Super fast - Don't match that speed, ask them to slow down.

The accents are super thick - If you don't understand, ask them to slow down and to enunciate.

Double-check your receipt as the final backstop/to confirm the order.

This was my first time here, so what's within my control I will do in the future.

But right now I have a $10.00 entree I didn't intend to order, won't be eating, and don't have anyone whom to give it away.
