First of all, this is a training store so whatever garbage is taught here, the employees take that and promote the problem elsewhere. I should not have to use a "kiosk" to place my own order when dining inside (quote: we're really busy so you're just gonna have to use our kiosk if you want to order). This is ineffective and poor decision making across the board for Taco Bell. Because I refuse to do your job for you, I went and sat in line for 30+ min in the drive thru. Your staff is inefficient at taking orders and getting food out to customers, especially in the drive-thru. If Taco Bell wants to serve drive-thru customers only, you should take orders like Culvers and kick people to a wait line 🤔. This one order, one car at a time process is absolutely ridiculous in a fast food or any restaurant scenario. Get with the program, learn to be efficient. If I were Gordon Ramsay I would have already shut down the ineffective shit show that is Taco Bell. You are food service industry ACT LIKE IT!
I finally got my 4 food items 32 minutes after my arrival. Two of 4 items were incorrect. All food is cold! Order: 2 Chili Cheese Burritos, 2 crunchy steak Taco Supremes. Now the price... 14$ and change. Are you kidding me? And you messed up my order...? I could get more and pay less if I went to an authentic Mexican restaurant. At said restaurant I also wouldn't get Grade D meat which is what is used for dog food🤔! I don't care if Taco Bell responds to this post. I am done...

This store is our local store. We are here once or twice a month. My wife and I decided to order the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco Delux boxes. We ordered one with the normal Chipotle sauce on the Chicken Taco, but no sour cream on the rest of the items. The second box was to have the Avocado Ranch on the Chicken Taco. The screen looked correct.
What we got was two boxes with Chipotle and sour cream on all of the items. Also, something was off with the burrito and taco in one of the boxes. They had a bad taste and were inedible.
Here is the real reason for the poor review. While sitting at the window waiting for our food, I saw a few things. First someone had spilled a bunch of sauce packets on the floor. Instead of cleaning them up they were left to be walked on. Second, a soda was spilled in drive ups, it was not cleaned up leaving it for the next employee to walk in. Next were the tortillas being thrown from the food line at the drive-up staff.
Maybe if the employees were doing their jobs, we would have had the correct, edible food. Instead it...

But the service was great! It’s so incredibly hard to find fast food restaurants nowadays that have polite, kind and attentive workers. Plus getting the order right. Unfortunately mcd’s is about the worst, at all locations. I’ve found that Taco Bell continues to be one of the best. I’ve found with other places that if you do have an issue, they will do everything to make it better. Even if that means replacing your entire order. This just shows how infrequent they have issues. Someplace like Mcd’s, who has so many screw ups every hour of every day, usually only offer the minimal amount of replacement and recourse for orders that are teeribly wrong. And then they send things in the mail. Almost all Taco Bell’s operate on. Different level, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service, even when, on the rare occasion something gets messed up, they make up for it best that they can.
