McDonald's — Restaurant in Howell Township

I ordered two cheese burgers, ketchup and cheese only, 10 pc chicken nuggets, 2 big macs, 4 fries, four drinks. I received 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries, 4 drinks. Drinks came from the window, guy walked our reduced meal to our car. Went back through where we treated as if we lied about to getting the two big macs and fries. They brought out our big macs and it looked like there was spit on the box and they were ice cold. I brought the food back into the store and lost my mind. Placing the food on the counter and telling them all to kiss my rear end. I was not given a receipt but the payment is on my bank account. I'd like an owner to reach out to me and discuss this to get my refund and an apology. I will update Google review with this places response.

Contacted corporate and I've tried calling this location several times with no contact back. Still waiting. At this point I'm not sure if they care about their customers

Finally heard from corporate, now waiting on the call from the owner of this place.

They wanted me to drive all the way back to this location, which is an hour from my home. I told them to send me coupons for reimbursement...

If I could give it half the star I would. Every time I go into this McDonald’s I have an issue whether it’s on the app at the store or just the store in general this morning I stood at the counter for about five minutes before anybody said anything to me. Then get told use the kiosk and I want to pay with cash so how do I use the kiosk with cash..? Nobody asks hey what are you doing? You paying cash I’ll be right there. I’ll be a second, anything like that. Nope, just looked at me and kept going on about their business. The drive thru wasn’t even really busy. I drive 30 minutes to Howell to go to work and every so often try to stop and get some breakfast from McDonald’s. Usually my order at this McDonald’s about 75% of the time is wrong and I have to go back once I get to my job always something here. Wendy’s, Sonic, and Sorrentinos might have to be the new breakfast spots in Howell for some people as I’ve heard I’m not the only one with this problem at...

Never have I ever been more disrespected going to a McDonald's. Pull through the drive-thru at McDonald's in Howell boarded a number two with a caramel frappe. They gave me a dr. Pepper. So when I returned to tell them they messed up my order they told me they charged me for a dr. Pepper and I had to pay for the frappe. I said no problem charge me for the frappe. So they charge me for the frappe and I asked them are they going to refund me the dr. Pepper. They then told me I needed a receipt which they never gave me in the first place. and while I waited to look for the receipt the manager continue to ignore me and then yell to the back room just get his dollar and $0.07 he must need it real bad. It's not the money it's principal. It also looks really bad when you try to do that to someone in front of other people as a manager. I will never return here again. I will also be...
