THIS LOCATION is AWFUL!!!!!! The staff is absolutely ignorant (except one younger gentleman and an older gentleman). It had been a long day and the kids asked to eat inside. White Castle is a treat for us, as we don't live close to one. It's about an hour drive from home. Anyways I go up to order and the lady who takes my order, decided to give my daughter this long very hard ugly stare. I stared at her doing this in disbelief as to what she could possibly be doing this for. Finally she looked at me and asked me what I wanted to order and at this point I asked her if she had an issue with my daughter. She very rudely responded that she didn't , and looked at me funny. So I shrugged it off and started with my order...she was not understanding me , as I go to repeat she now is taking the drive thru order... So I just stopped talking and said I'll just wait. She seemed confused and taken back..but I was ordering a large crave box and wanted to ensure she understood what I was requesting. At this point another female sent her off and took over. She didn't say anything to me, just presented with annoyed body language and was waiting for my order. I said please, thank you , was extremely kind and this woman could not speak..... By the end the lady who ordered ahead of me was saying how rude these people were and I started to talk to her cause I was just baffled by such horrendous treatment. They were not busy at all.....as I was speaking to the other customer the second lady who takes my order keeps making comments to me... Being argumentative and just hostile. At this point I asked to the manager to find out SHES FHE MANAGER!! oh and it's gets better, she doesn't care if I call corporate cause she ensured me she could not get fired At this point my kids were watching this go down and did not want to take my chances , as she was the one starting to prepare my burgers. I asked for a refund and left. I will never go back!!!! However the ice cream place across the street is cash only but absolutely delicious!!! After we had ice cream , we drove about 20 mins away got our white castle and had a wonderful experience. STAY AWAY...
Read moreI grew up on Little Tavern, so I was psyched to get a chance to try White Castle as I was traveling through New Jersey. This was a big mistake! I'm only giving it a 2 because I ate the food due to being super hungry after a long day. Where to start...? The store was dirty, ice cold, and the staff was mostly unfriendly. (And didn't wear masks properly.) The burgers were literally 1/8 inch thick and should be considered vegan as they seemed to have no beef. (The meat was exceedingly pale and tasteless.). The onion rings were boring and didn't even remotely taste like they contained onions. The chocolate shake seemed to entirely lack milk products and tasted strange and flat. The fudge dipped brownie on a stick was hard, chewy, and unpleasant. I never thought I would meet a brownie that I didn't like, but this taught me otherwise. My girlfriend's mozzarella sticks didn't even come with any sauce! Save yourself the suffering and...

I swung by White Castle earlier today and decided to grab four of their signature original sliders. The staff were efficient and attentive, ensuring a swift ordering process.
The enticing aroma of steam-grilled onions and beef patties hit me as soon as I got my order, and I couldn't wait to dig in. I opted to enjoy my meal in the parking lot, making for a convenient and quick dining experience.
The sliders were quite tasty, featuring soft buns that paired well with the juicy patties and gooey cheese. The steam-grilled onions brought a nice flavor to the mix, and the pickles were a great addition. Overall, the taste was on point, and it was a satisfying snack.
While the sliders were enjoyable, there's always a bit of room for improvement. That being said, White Castle remains a solid choice for a quick and satisfying bite. I'll surely be back for more sliders in the future, and I can easily recommend...
