Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Howell

I spent my hard earned money here for a delivery and they didn’t give me my cookie or ranch. Lack of explanation and apology. When I asked for a refund they offered a few dollars. Even though I tipped the overpaid driver too much for my lack of food! I’m infuriated and I will never shop her again. Terrible service and customer representation. Good luck shopping here!

Edit- After waiting a few days I received credit to my account and the staff personally apologized to me for the mistakes. In haste I misjudged this establishment and I appreciate their willingness to make things right for their customers. I take back my negative comments and would like to recommend this place to anyone who wants a sub! Special thanks for being patient with me during a busy time to help get me reimbursed. I look forward to continue giving them...

I’m not overly familiar with this area but I found myself passing through for work. It’s been a crazy day and I was lucky enough to pull into this place as the intersection was pretty bogged up with a red light.

Parked my truck and came up to the door and it was locked, just my luck. Got back in my truck and was about to pull away but at that moment there was a lady waving me in eagerly!

Hopped out and she took care of me. It was so quick I probably only took 5 breaths. And as always a Delicious sandwich. Thank you so much for making my morning!

Overall not happy with this place. Anytime I order for pickup, I’ll arrive and they’ll just hand me my sub and tell me I need to get everything else myself. They don’t even give me napkins or anything and tell me I need to get my own cup and chips. As a pickup order it should be ready to be picked up as I get during my lunch break and don’t have much time. All the boys working just talk and have no interest in rushing on any orders like other locations. I’m not trying to be rude but it’s there job to get the order ready not the customers job. A customer should never have to...
