Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hubbard Township

I just used the app to order a specialty supreme pizza. I got a plain cheese delivered to my door. I called and was told they would contact the driver and call me back as I indicated they most likely have pizza and someone else would not get their correct pizza. He called back and said he could credit me. First of all a credit on a cheese vs supreme is much different but never the less I just wanted our dinner. We order a ton of pizza with 6 people in the house over the years at this location. I asked professionals who I was speaking to since I also asked for ownership and he said he was the GM. Again I asked him his name. He then said. I am not giving you this. He also demanded the cheese pizza back. Which I did not want. Very unprofessional and ignited tempers through his immaturity. My wife will be returning the cheese pizza they convent so much in person and now will go else where. Went to pick up a pizza, they forgot to put in the extra garlic cups that i paid for. i went home, set pizza down, realized mistake, no big deal. However, pizza looked dry and crust was very dry, un appatizing. called the store, asked them to remake the order, include the garlic cups, and drop it off. they wanted to charge me 4.99 to drop it off. nope. i am not paying for your mistake, and for your dry pizza. they said they will drop off the garlic cups in 45 minutes. shaking my head, like I'm going to want them in 45 minutes. Was it really worth pissing off a customer, just because of poor work ethic? What happened to customer service? This younger generation has NO clue on how to operate a business. Guess we will be going back to Pappa Johns...

I am certain that any and all employees that work at this location (Do not know how to read). Every. Single. Time... My order is always wrong, it never matches my online order nor receipt and all they ever do is try to make me a new pizza and to keep the messed up one. While i have to wait there even longer to get the actual pizza I ordered, made! If i wanted toppings on my pizza, I would have ordered it that way, or if I remove toppings, you should read and remove them. It's not rocket science here, it's pizza.. But that's clearly why you work where you do, and it is not short of...
